We really enjoyed the location, subdivision and subdivision amenities and being inside of a gated community. The house had a great floor plan and worked well for our group of 12. The cleanliness of the home itself and the disrepair of many items was a disappointment for sure. The carpet is beyond expired, and beds were missing mattress covered. One of the king beds had bad stains and reeked of urine when you entered the room. There was noticeable hair throughout the home and cigarette ashes all over the patio.The kitchen was not well stocked or adequate for cooking for a group. It would have been nice to know what days the pool maintenance was scheduled for so we could plan around that (he came and treated it on Christmas morning and turned the heat down to 70 degrees when we paid the extra per day amount for all 9 days that we stayed. We did also run into complications on our last day with a packaged that was suppose to arrive on Dec 23 but got delayed and rescheduled for our check out date. We tried to make arrangements with the property manager, Maria to have it left at the HOA office or club or security since it was string after check out time. I was told that they wouldn’t do that but could take it back to their own office of the property management company and we could retrieve it there. We have confirmation and pictures of it delivered to the front door while the cleaner was there but when we went to pick it up from the PM office we were told that they didn’t have it.
