The Space:
Welcome to The Alps Studio– Your Alpine Escape!

Welcome to The Alps Studio, a serene retreat nestled in the heart of Queenstown, offering a tranquil haven amidst the majestic mountains. With its convenient location just above the CBD, this studio is an affordable yet hotel-feeling option to ‘hideaway’ in Queenstown.

Bedroom:

Discover cozy bedrooms where warmth and style intertwine, ensuring a rejuvenating night's sleep in a haven of tranquility.

1x King Bed
1x Rollaway (In Studio Living Room)

Kitchenette and Living Space:

There is a simple kitchenette that is equipped with a microwave, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine, kettle and basic amenities. This is great for heating up takeaways but not suitable if you wish to cook while you stay with us.

There is a small dining table and couch for you to enjoy when not in bed. However, if you are 3 pax, this area won't exist as the rollaway will need to be in this space.

There is a laundry outside your studio door, this is shared with the upstairs guests. However both doors lock off for your security.

Location:

Located just above the CBD (a 14-minute walk into town) There are three different ways to walk to and from the apartment to town. The quickest way is following the road down into town, which means an incline on the way home. However, you can also walk along the top of the hillside and take the stairs or walk through the QT and Rydges hotel using the elevator.

‘The Alps’ is easily accessible to the many great outdoor pursuits Queenstown has to offer ranging from adventure activities, walkways and world-renowned golf courses and ski slopes.

Guest Access:
The studio has a pin code to access, which we will provide you before your stay, so you can self-check in if you wish.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in Central Queenstown. Queenstown sits on the edge of Lake Wakatipu and is surrounded by mountains and hill ranges including The Remarkables and Coronet Peak. It's one of New Zealand's most beautiful regions and offers year round attractions.

Widely know for our adventure sports activities, Queenstown is also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns. There's bungee jumping off Kawarau Gorge Suspension Bridge and jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers as well as more relaxing pursuits like the Onsen Hot Pools or wining and dining at some of our world class restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
This property is just a short 14 minute walk from town and has bus stops a short walk away also.

There is also off-street and on-street parking available.

Other Things to Note:
This property also can be booked as a Three bedroom, Two bedroom or one bedroom Studio. This listing is for the full three-bedroom apartment. If you would like to book one of the other options, please refer our website under the 'Accommodation' tab.

Group bookings: if you are booking with multiple family and friends and you need to book another apartment in this complex. We also manage Tahuna Views and Lomond Views.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
