Conveniently located near Triangle Blvd. and Collier Blvd., Coral Falls provides easy access to amenities. You can even walk to Publix for your grocery needs. Take a leisurely stroll to the heated community pool and spa, where you can relax and unwind.

The Space:
Indulge in the main bedroom's tranquil ambiance, featuring a cozy King bed and an en suite bathroom adorned with a delightful Flamingo theme. Natural light floods the room, complementing the vibrant and tropical color palette that will brighten your day.

Perfect for accommodating overnight guests, the second/guest bedroom features two twin beds. The second full-sized bathroom offers a convenient shower and tub combo. The well-appointed kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, and multiple dining areas provide ample space for sharing meals. Choose from the 4-top dining set, the cozy 2-top eat-in kitchen set, or pull up a bar stool at the kitchen counter. For a breath of fresh air, relax in the outside seating area under the covered and screened lanai. Additionally, a stackable front-loading washer and dryer set is at your disposal for added convenience.

Catering to outdoor enthusiasts, nearby Mustang Island and Flamingo Golf Courses at Lely Resort beckon with public golfing options. Immerse yourself in the resort's scenic surroundings, offering miles of lighted paths for leisurely walks or invigorating jogs. To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Important Details:

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager

No commercial vehicles or trucks allowed in Coral Falls.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as SWFL is a large area. This property is about a 45 min drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.

Sorry, no pets. This community has a 6 night (weekly minimums), no exceptions!

Everything for a beach vacation is at property. Cooler, umbrella wagon for sand. Pool relaxing, straight shot to marco island for amazing beaches. Convenience to everything you could need for the stay.

Break from winter

The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Thank-you for having beach chairs, umbrella-and a cooler for beach days. My only suggestion would be that a Blender would be nice to make tropical drinks! Really is a nice quiet place to stay, near everything you may want; stores, beach, restaurants.

Florida Vaca

This was the first time to spend a month in Florida. The condo was perfect! Great location between Naples and Marco Island. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and nice and clean! Friends visited for a few days and it worked out perfect. Lely resort is beautiful and quiet. We are staying at the resort next year.

Cozy condo - great spring break

This charming condo was perfect for my husband and I and another couple. We enjoyed the first floor lanai with a beautiful view of the forest preserve behind us. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Located on the south end of Lely Resort area, we enjoyed many walks through the neighborhoods. It is about 20 minute drive to downtown Naples and about 20 minutes to the ocean. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

9165 Coral Falls

Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned. I immediately called Mike Z's office to report the problem. Within two hours the unit was cleaned, a slight inconvenience and disappointment to walk into. However, once this was taken care of this is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are very well painted and decorated. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and supplies. There were also plenty of beach towels and beach supplies as well. The kitchen is well equip with glasses, dished, pans and all other supplies. The lanai is very comforting and being on the first floor allows backdoor access to the pool. The pool area is very nice and usually quiet and a good place to meet people. Staying there for a month was excellent and overall a very nice unit, great location and would stay again.

Never had an experience with the clearance process. We rented in Marco Island and Naples since 2008. It took weeks of back and forth texting for clearance. I understand that research of clients is necessary but this was over kill!

Lovely

We enjoyed staying at this condo with its convenient location on the first floor and just a short walk to the pool. We had a problem watching Netflix on the living room TV -it kept kicking us out which was very frustrating but we found a work around. Open Netflix through the DVD player instead on on the TV menu.

Clean, Basic Place...but not without Problems!

We have been through Lely before. This unit is on the outskirts of Lely bordering US41. The positives are... "clean" and the owner has provided some nice necessities like TP, soap, shampoo, beach chairs, etc. Downside mainly pertains to problems and misinformation we encountered. Problems consisted of having to keep killing ants that were coming in the unit (large and small) and the refrigerator not working properly. At the highest setting, nothing would stay cold or freeze...that explains why the icemaker was not working . Also, a major issue concerns the TV service. The unit boasts that it has 2 TVs ... but fails to mention there is no TV service!! No cable service..instead they use ROKU...it is all app based. Don't expect to watch any TV unless you want to spend your time signing-in multiple times and creating accounts to watch any content that ROKU provides( U change content..U need a new log-in). Only "Content" ...not live events, network news, or sports (the owner should provide basic cable service or disclose this on VRBO). When I complained to Mike Z, the property manager, he suggested I go to a local bar to watch sporting events!! Dealing with Mike Z is a whole story in itself. The whole rental process is automated with him...you get nothing but automated emails. After paying for the rental, you find out you have a whole approval process and forms to complete for the condo association. Plan on spending some time getting your credentials together. Before renting this unit my wife emailed Mike Z specifically asking if we would have access to the main pool where the "TIKI Bar" is in Lely. Having been there before, we knew this to be a fun, active spot. A one word answer was received..."YES". I attempted to contact him via phone and email...since another owner with a similar unit to rent told us "NO". Mike never returned the call but we took him at his word. When we arrived and showed up at the main pool/tiki bar location, we were denied access to this area...we later learned was called the Players Club. The condo pool is small & basic w/ Tiki "huts" and was dead...never to be confused with the main resort style pool and Tiki Bar we were referring to when contacting Mike Z. The other unit owner understood what we were referring to...but evidently not Mike Z (there is more...but you get the idea). We had virtually no TV and access to a pool not much better than the one in my own backyard at home. Disappointing!!

HI Glenn, sounds like there was some communication issues on our end and for that we apologize. This unit does not come with the Players Club -we don't have it advertised as such. The pool at Coral Falls does have a Tiki Hut so that's what we were referring to. We have been told by multiple guests that the online application can be cumbersome- this is unfortunately out of our control but thansk for the feedback! Naples condo

This property was perfect for us. It was clean, quaint, comfortable and very well taken care of with all of the extras that made our trip perfect. From beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella to kitchen necessities like foil, saran wrap, zip locks, this owner thought of all of the little things. We would definitely book it again but it is already booked sold for next season it appears.....no surprise there. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Coral Falls get away

Clean. Nicely decorated with beachy theme. Great location. Liked that there was cleaning/laundry supplies. Even shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels.

Wonderful!!

Great location close to several public beaches and numerous restaurants. Publix just around the corner. Condo is clean, comfortable and spacious with updated furnishings and decor. The pool was great with ample lounge chairs. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again! Rental company was responsive to all messages and checked in with us upon arrival. Great stay.
