Villa on one level, fully air-conditioned, classified 4 stars;
The 5 bedrooms all have bay windows giving access to a magnificent tree-lined, flat, enclosed garden and a heated and secure swimming pool; beautiful terraces. bowling alley at the back of the villa, ping pong table. BBQ available.
Good quality equipment and bedding.
'Return from the beach' area consisting of a shower, WC and laundry.
Personalized welcome with visit of the villa.
All amenities are nearby (900m from the center of Saint Lucia). The beautiful beach of Fautéa is 3 min by car and that of Pinarello 8 min;

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. plenty of outdoor furniture.On the day of check in we were told the villa would not be available until 5pm, but it turned out it was ready by 4pm.The villa was well equipped with china, glasses and cutlery but the saucepans and frying pans were in a very poor condition, as were the chopping boards.These would be easy to replace.

Un havre de paix ! La maison est superbement aménagée : les chaises longues sont d une grande qualité et très nombreuses ! Le jardin, très grand, est superbe… la piscine possède un système de couverture, associé à une pompe à chaleur : l eau était entre 29/30 degrés, fin septembre ( il faisait beau mais les nuits fraîches) les grandes baies vitrées, dans toutes les pièces, apportent beaucoup de lumière et la sensation d être en communication avec les extérieur.Petit centre commercial à 5 mn ou l on trouve tout ( un plus pour l extraordinaire boulangerie)Nous n étions que deux avec notre chien mais les aménagements sont extrêmement bien penses pour les enfants .Excellent séjour. Superbe emplacement.Un petit bémol : pas de Nespresso ( indispensable à ce niveau de perfection) et batterie de cuisine hors d’âge)

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Der Pool macht sehr viel Spaß. Aufteilung der Räume sind sehr gut. Bei uns mit zwei Familien hat es toll geklappt. In der B Note gibt es leider etwas Abzüge. Die Küchen Utensilien könnten bei dem Preis besser sein. Teller und Gläser sind leider nicht immer einheitlich. Leider werden auch die Mülleimer hinterm Haus morgens zwischen 5.30 Uhr und 6.30 Uhr mit dem LKW geleert. Für Hunde ist das großzügige Grundstück sehr gut ausbruchsicher eingezäunt. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Nous avons passons un excellent séjour, la maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles avec enfants. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et agréables, la piscine est bien chauffée, nous avons pu en profiter tout les jours. La maison est bien equipée (machine à glacons pour les aperos,) nous avons profité surtout de la terasse et des exterieures. Contact facile avec la dame qui se charge du check in/out. Villa très agréable avec tout le nécessaire comme a la maison , la perfection rien a redire . Nous avons passé des super vacances. Le gros plus la piscine chauffée, les trois SDB , l'extérieur très bien entretenu. Cette maison est un petit paradis Estelle la propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable et très arrangeante. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter c'est certain . A proximité d'un supermarché u ,tabac , boulangerie, boucherie ...et bien sûr bonne localisation pour visiter le sud de la corse .

Villa de rêve

Mobilier, électro ménager... l'équipement de la maison est complet et de très bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables. Des pastilles pour lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge, 2 sèche-cheveux, 2 étendoirs, du charbon de bois et allume barbecue, une riche bibliothèque, des jeux de sociétés, terrain de pétanque et boules, table de ping-pong avec balles et 4 raquettes, etc... tout est à disposition. Mis à part une cloche pour le micro-ondes, rien ne manque. La piscine est très bien chauffée, c'est très agréable en fin d'été. Dommage que le pisciniste, qui n'a pas pu effectuer le nettoyage de la piscine parce que les vacanciers précédent lui ont refusé l'accès pendant leur séjour, ne soit intervenu que 5 jours après notre arrivée. Les marches et les contours étaient un peu jaunâtre. Problème avec le fonctionnement de la télé mais la propriétaire tout comme Nicole étaient facilement joignables et aimables et le technicien a pris le temps nécessaire pour résoudre le disfonctionnement. Attention à la robinetterie des douches qui est grippée et très difficile à tourner et l'eau qui est brûlante (risque de brûlure). Petite suggestion : Un dépose bagages à disposition après le départ des vacanciers précédent, en attendant de pouvoir accéder à la propriété serait un plus très appréciable.

Wir verbrachten im September 2023 2 herrliche Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus. Wir haben es aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht und können uns nur anschließen! Die Beschreibung und die Fotos auf der Webseite entsprechen zu 100% der Wirklichkeit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos sowie die Betreuung vor Ort. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Siedlung , jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Traumstrände umgehend erreichbar. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Maison très agréable dans un petit lotissement calme. Seul bémol, nous avons eu une piscine verte presque toute la semaine. Voor ons 25 jarig huwelijk met het hele gezin een week verbleven. Het is een ruim huis die gericht is op buiten. Het zwembad is erg groot en werd tijdens ons verblijf schoongemaakt. Inchecken was super de communicatie vooraf was erg duidelijk. Wij raden zeker mensen aan om hier te verblijven. Het enige minpunt vonden we dat binnen niet op 10 persoons gericht is qua zitplekken. Maar door het mooie weer hebben we ons prima gered.

Wunderschöner Familien-Urlaub

Die Villa eignet sich sehr gut für Familien-Ferien. Wir sind mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkinder verreist und hatten viel Platz und der Pool war das Highlight für Gross und Klein. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Unterhalt des Gebäudes könnte etwas besser sein, so mussten wir die quitschenden Türen erst mal ölen und bei den Duschen sind die Armaturen sehr verklemmt, so dass man mit viel Kraft drehen musste, was sicher leicht behoben werden könnte. Für uns jedoch nur nebensächlich, da wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub auch an den Traumstränden rund um Porto Vecchio verbringen konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und auch diese Unterkunft wählen. Der freundliche Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war auch ausgezeichnet. Herzlichen Dank.

Superbe villa

Très bon accueil par la personne qui gère la villa, aussi bien à l’arrivée qu’au départ Superbe villa, très bien placée et équipée. Après un petit couac au début avec la climatisation nous avons pu profiter de nos vacances. Belle piscine et espace détente bien aménagé. Villa sous vidéo surveillance (non stipulé dans l’annonce). Le seul point négatif, nous concernant, est la venue inopinée du concierge, réparateur de climatisation et pisciniste durant notre absence et sans en avoir été avisés ainsi que l’oubli d’avoir fermé la porte d’entrée en laissant les clés sur la porte (par le réparateur) alors que nous avions de la liquidité et des « objets » de valeurs… même si ça se passe comme ça en Corse, selon les dire de Mme Castel, il n’y a pas que des honnêtes gens qui viennent en Corse… De plus je ne comprends pas pourquoi il est stipulé dans le mail qu’on reçoit à notre arrivée que la villa doit être rendue propre même si nous avons pris l’option ménage… le but de prendre cette option est de ne pas faire le ménage qui est facturée une centaine d’euros….
