The property has drive-on access, parking for a boat, and a wash-down area. A large, fully enclosed private deck features an oversized BBQ table — ideal for long lunches and family meals overlooking the water.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find a calm bay for paddleboarding, kayaking, and boat launching (4WD required). A mooring and dinghy are also available for guest use.

Please note: This holiday home is set in a beautiful remote setting with no shops nearby. Guests should bring supplies with them. From time to time, power cuts may occur during bad weather, but these are usually short-lived and part of the charm of an authentic Sounds experience.
