About this property

A fully private new 3-br, 2 bath apartment at ground-level of a 2-story home on quiet Round Hill Rd. Private walk-out entrance. Central air-condition and heating. Overlooks wooded back yard with silence and privacy. Kitchen with granite counter-tops and a spacious living/dining room and good closet space in both bedrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms with Queen beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bath. All beds have a super comfortable 14-inch Novaform memory gel mattress. One bath has a powerful hand-held stand in shower and the second one has a bath tub. Kitchen has Corian counter tops and plenty of cabinets. A small dining table is set up with chairs. There's also a nice porch to sit outside when the weather is nice.

The Apt is equipped with fast mesh networked wifi with Netflix and Amazon streaming through Roku. Video. No network TV. There's also an infrared sauna!

Caveat: No oily, greasy cooking of meats and seafood, etc. Hard to remove cooking odors for the next guests. Thank you.

Great hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay. It was private and comfortable. Our host is very accommodating - he even asked us before our arrival what kinds of food we like to eat.

Nice place in north of NY - in cosy Greenwich district

We were very pleased by the home, and the owner taking care of us by distance There's 2 bedroom with a total of 2 beds - big kitchen and well-equiped bathroom There's an access to the terrace and kitchen, in the middle of the woods Wild life by night - we could see 2 nice deers by coming back home by night Don't hesitate ;)
