Welcome to your beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation retreat at Crimson on the Gulf #304! This spacious and bright home has everything you need for a perfect getaway. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

* Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, television, and direct balcony access.
* Second Bedroom: Two twin beds and a television.
* Master Bathroom: Updated with granite counters and a walk-in shower.
* Second Bathroom: Granite counters and a shower/tub combination.

**Amenities:**
* In-unit washer and dryer
* Linens, extra towels, and pillows provided
* Side-view outdoor balcony with enviable beach views, perfect for watching sunsets.

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds and television. . Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. The bathrooms have been updated with granite counters, with a walk in shower in the master, and shower/tub in second. Washer and dryer are also provided.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Of course 304 Crimson is a short walk from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities and hot tub are here as well.

Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

The location of the property is ideal with just a short walk to many restaurants and bars and directly across from John’s Pass. A few things around the property need a little updating but overall things were well maintained, especially the beach area.

Downfall hot tub wasn't working the whole time and pool looked like it hasn't been serviced in some time. Our unit had no baking sheets or any beach items at all. A few beach chairs would have been nice to have. Cant beat the location!

It was located directly across from Johns Pass and the older kids loved walking over to go shopping or get an ice cream. The condo was great! It is very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beach was not crowded because there are no hirise hotels close by. I would definitely recommend this condo. My daughter stayed in a separate one which was right next to our room. It is a small complex which made it very nice. Fun to watch the pass go up and down while standing in the ocean!

The mattress was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were just sad. Also the pool and hot tub were not cleaned of sand and debris daily.

Vacation 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyday the local teenagers 15-17 years old would jump the red fence and either jump in pool or hot tub. They were rude and crude. At dusk some showed up just got the hot tub. I feel the hot tub needs to be shut down during the summer when people are vacationing. I’m thinking there is a real chance for a liability issue if someone is hurt. I saw two boys jumping up to the pipes hanging down in the parking area and swinging on the pipes that supply water for possible fire alarms. Me standing there did not bother them at all. I love crimson and have vacation here for 30 years.,I try to take care of the grounds when I stay here so I hope someone will make an effort to keep the local kids out. I believe it’s a problem that needs addressing. Customers pay a lot to stay at Crimson and should not need to worry about trespassing kids. Thanks for your attention to the issues mentioned.

However, like the other units the beds are EXTREMELY HARD makes for difficult sleep. I think next time we will purchase a mattress topper and throw it away when we leave. We love the location and the ease of rental. We will be back again next year.
