Kima Condominium 302 está ubicado en 14300 Gulf Blvd. en Madeira Beach, Florida, a solo 40 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Tampa. TIENE INTERNET. Pesca, paseos en bote, natación, puestas de sol relajantes, búsqueda de conchas, baños de sol, restaurantes, tiendas, excursiones de pesca en alta mar, cruceros de juegos de azar y el famoso JOHNS PASS VILLAGE se encuentran a poca distancia para su disfrute. 302 tiene una hermosa vista al mar desde la sala de estar / comedor y el dormitorio principal. La unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene un televisor en cada dormitorio y un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar. El edificio cuenta con una piscina climatizada, terraza para tomar el sol y un ascensor y dos escaleras.
Esta unidad es una unidad directa frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. La unidad tiene todos los pisos de baldosas, ideal para cualquier alergia que sufre. Televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y un televisor en cada habitación. Decorado en una decoración de playa. Vea tanto el océano como la playa desde la sala de estar y el baño principal. Nice condo, great location

This condo was just as advertised and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect, closeness to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach which never disappoints! The condo had everything we needed, no problems at all with the facility, the check in and check out process were easy, the owner was straight forward and great to deal with. This is definitely a place we will stay at again on our next trip to Mad Beach!

Great location and view

Four of us got together for a girl's week. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Couldn't ask for a better setting. The ocean was right there and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and having our breakfast. The area was quiet and clean and not too crowded. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There's a TV in every room. We could walk to several restaurants. The beach was awesome and there's a set-up service that's worth the money. And unless you bring your own beach chairs, you'll need it. Cons: The word "minimalist" comes to mind when trying to describe the condo. The condo is not very well-equipped if you plan on doing any cooking. We ate out or ordered in every night, so that wasn't really an issue. There were only two bath towels per person and there were only two washcloths for the entire condo. There was one trash bag in the kitchen trash can and no others. So bring a couple of those. You'll have to buy paper towels and toilet paper because there wasn't much of those, either. The shower in the master bathroom slopes down into the drain, so be careful when you step into it. There was a new bar of soap on the vanity, but a used bar of soap in the shower. A flashlight would have given us more light than the outside light on the balcony did. Most other condos we've stayed in had a supply of games and books. There was not one to be found. I had gotten an email from VRBO with the internet username and password on it. The password wouldn't work, even after all of us tried several times. I called the owner and he yelled at me that it was Saturday afternoon and that we must be putting in the wrong numbers. When he actually let me talk, I read him the number that VRBO had given us and he admitted it was wrong. Since check-in and check-out is on Saturday, then if you're the owner, I'd think you want to make sure you speak nicely to the people who are paying you money, especially at check-in. All that being said, if you're prepared ahead of time, you'll love it.

Yearly vacation

As excepted with with an exception entirely out of the control of the owner. We had fishermen in front of our condo the entire week we were there. They caught at least three hammerhead sharks. We all know they are there but we don’t invite them ashore. We felt like we couldn’t get in the water. Very disappointed.

Very clean property.

Everything was good. My only recommendation would be to do some updates. However, I am sure the price would increase. So if you are looking for a cheaper stay and clean unit and do not care about updated furnishings, then this is the place for you.

Amazing Location

This property worked perfectly for our family spring break to FL. Condo was well furnished, comfortable, quiet, safe/secure and had incredible beach/gulf/sunset views. Location was perfect with easy access to so many great restaurants, shopping areas, etc. Beach is gorgeous and perfect for lounging or long walks. Would recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Spectacular View

We chose this property due to its location and price. We stayed the month of January. The Condo has the best view of the gulf/sunset of any we have stayed at before. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping etc. Everything was clean and in working order. The living room has a very nice large flat screen tv. The Master bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. The owner checked with us upon departure to ensure we had a great time. He also asked us to let him know of anything that needed repair, but we advised him that everything was fine. We are going to book again.

Condo dirty…. Charles vulgar language

The condo was very dirty. We texted pictures to Charles. He called us, screaming at us, using vulgar language , called us vulgar names,stated we expected too much and stated amongst swearing at us he was coming over to kick us out”. We had to call the police…they agreed, they spoke to Charles at length, a cleaning gal came, spent only 25 mins , dusted furniture surfaces, cleaned bathrooms, and scrubbed oven, stove and refrigerator. She also did bring fresh towels as the ones hanging did not appear clean. We were too frightened to request any further cleaning and spent the next 4 hours scrubbing floors,cupboards,dishes and vents. The cleaning pail and mobs smelled and had mildew. We also washed all the dishes we planned on using and washed all the bedding, one bed even had crumbs in it. The ceiling fans were coated in thick dust. The oven and stove didn’t work properly, the dishwasher didn’t dry the dishes. We have made a formal complaint to Vrbo. We feel Charles owes us an apology for not only the condition of the condo but also for the way he treated us.We also feel at least a partial refund is appropriate.

Awesome View

We could not ask for a better view from the condo. We watched dolphins every morning, and enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Make sure if you book this property that your instructions include a code to get in the building. Ours was missing from the paperwork and created a problem. Also, if you do have a problem, text rather than call for a faster response. The elevator did go out, but was resolved quickly. Loved the location and the great access to the beach. The pool was nice too.

Rules and rules and many codes

Was NOT listed as a non-smoking facility. Toilet clogged numerous times. Neighbor below was rude and yelled every morning no smoking put them out now. I will have you thrown out. To many rules and codes. No drinking at the pool. Which was very small. Overall love Madeira Beach but will read comments more closely next time.

Great Location for a Great Price

From the initial booking through our last day, the property owner was always available and responded promptly. We had a small issue when we arrived with the cleaning crew not coming that day and within minutes of letting him know, the owner made arrangements for us to stay in another unit for the night until the ours could be cleaned. Kima condos is a 30 unit building only 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, get for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. The pool has gated entrance and many lounge and chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
