Brand new 3-Bedroom house with off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac. Central location close to river walkways, supermarket, speedway, A&P Showgrounds and race track. Separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower. All three bedrooms have queen or double (2xQ, 1xD) beds, there is a workspace set up in one of the rooms and there are a number of floor mattresses for kids .

Perfect

Perfect from start to finish. Modern, clean, well appointed property. Beautiful view of the Mountain. Accomodated our whole family of 5 adults and 3 children. Will definitely stay here again.

Taranaki trip

Great place to stay and the owner is really prompt with communication. The house was warm and had everything we needed. Awesome to be able to bring our dog on holiday as well. We had a really nice stay at The Drydocks.

Great Place, Tidy and Convenient

Excellent place, good for adults who want separate rooms as all have double beds. Easy access and communication. We would stay there again

Great Family/Group Property

Overall good property, particularly for larger parties and families. Beds were comfortable, house was warm without the need to constantly use the heat pump. Standard of cleanliness was high. Setting was lovely and quiet. Price was good for size of house and facilities. Owner was very approachable, helpful and obliging. Would happily use The Dry Dock again.

Enjoyable stay

Pros - clean, well heated, good parking, good kitchen and well stocked, quiet location. Repairs needed - toilet and bathroom door handle loose and wont lock, no lounge blind, single lounge seat stained, window security flaps broken. Cons - northern bedroom mattress poor quality and could feel the springs.. Additions possible - bedroom side lights, suitcase slelves, xtra yeatowels,

A great place to stay for you and your dog/s

The property is per photos. It's location can't be beat! Close to the main part of town, forgotten highway and great dog friendly bush walks are a stone's throw away. Be mindful that the property is not fenced, as per photos, but this was not an issue for our 2 dogs. As mentioned in a previous review there is no curtain/blind for the lounge which would have been nice. Beds comfortable, shower fabulous, everything in good working order. I can't speak highly enough about the property manager! Communication was great and appreciated their offer of help when we needed to leave early. Would recommend this property for dog owners, and families as in a safe area for children down the end of a driveway. Perfect spot to base yourself to explore the forgotten highway and Stratford. We really appreciated being able to holiday with our dogs, thank you for being so inclusive of all family members, we hope to visit again one day.

Lovely new modern clean house

Fabulous place. Perfect for our family with plenty of space, new and modern house. It has everything you need including washing machine & dryer. They even provided washing powder. Hopefully next time we stay they have a washing line 😉

Family road trip

The accomodation was great, received everything that was offered and communicated. The property Manager was easy to communicate with as well as friendly, great neighbourhood.

Really nice tidy comfortable home, had everything we needed, kids loved the neighbors chooks. If we are ever back in Stratford we would book again so close to everything. Thank you!
