*7~10 mins on foot. (JR Shin-Okubo station)
*4~5 mins on foot. (Higashi-Shinjuku Station)
*1 stop to Shinjuku station by train from JR Shin-Okubo station
*We have several rooms in the same Apt. you can stay in a place with your family and friends
*Shinjuku station is convenient to go to Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Kawaguchi lake, Gotemba using bus or direct train
1. No smoking in the building (it is possible only in the designated smoking area.)
2. Please take off your shoes at home (inside by entrance ).
3. Please watch your volume of voice in front of your house and make damage to our/other residents.
4. When leaving home, turn off the air conditioner and lighting.
