There is no washer/dryer inside the unit but there is a coin laundry by the newly refurbished community pool. There's a popular waterfront bar/restaurant, Dockside, within walking distance, and the best of Marathon's shopping, restaurants and its famous Sombrero Beach are a short bike or car ride away.

There's a 30-foot assigned boat slip just steps from the screened back patio. Maximum boat length 28 feet. Boat trailers have to be stored offsite and cannot be parked in right of way.

This is a 30-day minimum rental. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people. All overnight guests and vehicles must be registered with property manager. No smoking. No pets. There's a $150 cap on electric, and usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
