'Clearwater' is a beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath duplex that is convenient to both the Atlantic and the Gulf so you can be fishing or diving either side in just minutes. This property is located on prestigeous Duck Key right next to Hawk's Cay on a crystal clear free flowing canal with water so clear and pristine you can see the bottom all the way across the canal. Clearwater is newly renovated and is on a double lot with a huge pool, tiki hut, large deck, fish cleaning table,and 120 ft of canal frontage so there is plenty of room to dock even the largest of boats. The oversize lot also provides plenty of room to park multiple vehicles and trailers. This unit sleeps up to 8 with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amentities include updated kichen with new cabinets, new appliances, and granite countertops, wireless internet, Tvs in each bedroom as well as a flat screen HDTV in the living room, bathrooms with all new cabinets and fixtures, all new mattresses with fresh linens, gas grill, and bait freezer..
We are dog friendly.
This property is also within walking distance to casual and upscale dining, deli, ice cream shop, shopping, 2 marinas, convenience store, and bait and tackle shop, There are also numerous offshore and flats charters running right out of Hawk's Cay marina. Other nearby activities include snorkeling, parasailing, and boat, kayaking and jetskii rentals. Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda State park, and Key West are all within driving distance.

'Clearwater' provides an affordable location for your family trip to the Florida Keys. You will not find a better value anywhere in the area.

Our family rented both sides of this unit. The pool is large enough for our entire family, the boat dock was perfect for our fishing adventures, and the house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay, again.

This property is a perfect location for fishing in the keys. Great Access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic. It has all the accessories you would ever need that included a deep freezer for your bait and all the fish you catch

Comfortable, relaxing spot on canal. Great neighbors for shared pool. If you cook kitchen is fairly well equipped except for knives but that can be remedied for $15. Would stay again.

Somewhat dated duplex in a great location. Quiet cul de sac, canal, and pool shared with neighbors. Cleanliness could have been better in house.

Pool was great, being on a clear canal was lots of fun. Caught lots of fish plus enjoyed watching the fish. Everything from Sargent Major to nurse sharks, parrot fish and a moray eel.Enough room in the duplex for our family

Perfect!!!

Love this place! We've been staying here for 10 years and have never been disappointed! Fishing is obviously awesome, even right outside your back door. Situated on a fast moving, clear canal, the dockage is ample for 2-3 boats. We've stayed in both sides of this duplex, and they are very roomy and comfortable. The owner, Bill, is great and very receptive to any issues or requests that we have had during our stays. Often rectifying the situation that day! The property manager, Jackie, is also very accessible to answering any questions or inquiries. With dockage, a pool, tiki hut, grill, and a bait freezer...we couldn't ask for anything more!

Beautiful place!

I love our boat could be right there on the canal. It’s pet friendly so our cat enjoyed the view from the sliding glass doors. Nice big pool. Beautiful fish right there in the canal. Paradise in our beautiful United States 🇺🇸 ❤️🦈🦎🐠🌺🌴😎can’t wait to go back!
