Liftside Retreat is the ultimate 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom town home, offering everything you need for a perfect mountain getaway. Just a half-block walk to the Snowflake Chair Lift, you’ll enjoy the convenience of ski-in, ski-out access and be only minutes away from downtown Breckenridge and the free shuttle bus stop.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the living room, private balcony, and master bedroom. This spacious and open town home is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, offering two cozy living areas, making it ideal for families. The main level features a living room with a warm, inviting ambiance and a gas fireplace, where you can unwind after an exciting day of mountain adventures. Relax on the large sectional sofa or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Step out onto the balcony to soak in the stunning views, breathe in the fresh mountain air, or fire up the grill for a delicious dinner.

The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous glass backsplash, and all the amenities needed to cook up a delicious meal. The dining table, which comfortably seats six, can be extended with built-in leaves to accommodate more guests. For your convenience, a Keurig coffee maker is provided to get your mornings started right, and there are also four bar stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

The second living area offers an oversized sectional sofa and another huge flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or just relaxing after a day of skiing. A 3/4 bathroom is located conveniently next to this second living space.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king bed with a stunning log frame, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a large jetted tub, and a separate shower. Wake up to magnificent mountain views and the calming sounds of the creek outside in the summer.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a private hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The third bedroom also features a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom on this level. For additional sleeping space, two twin-over-twin bunk beds are available in the second living area, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Liftside Retreat is the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and mountain charm. With easy access to skiing, downtown Breckenridge, and plenty of room to spread out, your family will have an unforgettable vacation here.
Also, for your convenience, Charter Sports right by the Snowflake chair lift will rent you your ski/board equipment and also allow you to store the gear there daily if you desire.

There is a 1 car attached heated garage with a washer and dryer for your convenience. An additional car can park in the driveway. This town home is 3 levels and has stairs.

SO COZY! I usually get homesick really easily but this place made me feel right at home and relaxed. Kitchen was well stocked, as we had our Thanksgiving feast during our stay, which was great. Our beds were all super comfy as well and had plenty of room for our family of 7. We really love the floor plan - all the girls had their own space on the den level, the boys had their own rooms, and we enjoyed the master suite. This will be our spot when we return to Breck next time.

This was a great space with the kitchen, living area, den, hot tub, and some balcony space. Would be nice to update the frying pans in the kitchen, and some spices. Three of us were in the hot tub our first night and a big elk walked by at dusk which was awesome. The view from the master bedroom on the top floor is also great.

Great Local Activities/Great Property

First time visit to Colorado for a few of my family members. Breckenridge was a great locale. We fly fished in Hartsel, went trail riding near Leadville and hiked some challenging trails around Breckenridge. The scenery was amazing. The condo was awesome. The hot tub was great after our busy days. The condo was very well maintained and very well equipped. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. High quality across the board. Ice maker was out, but there were plenty of ice trays. The host was great about answering all of our questions. One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at.

Great house and location, minus a few issues

The house was in a great location and a nice place. We had a great stay here minus a few issues (reason for the 4stars). The ceiling of the master shower was covered in mold when we arrived. The management company responded and resolved the issue that day. The hot tub was not able to be used because the water was a gross brown color as if it had not been upkept. It seems this place could have been inspected better to be “ready” when we got there. If something is advertised in a listing (hot tub) it should be usable for guests when they arrive. We shouldn’t have to call the hot tub place to have it serviced when we arrive, which is what we were advised to do when I asked about it. Other than those issues, this place was very nice and a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

Liftside Retreat was the perfect house for our annual snowboarding trip! The house had more than enough room for three ladies and five teenaged kids. Located a half-block from the Snowflake Chairlift was ideal and so close to Main Street meant no unnecessary travel. The beds were all very comfortable and the rooms so cozy! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, the views from the front and back and loved the privacy! Liftside Retreat was perfect and made our trip wonderful!

Great Property

The property looks just like the pictures! Clean, spacious, and a short walk to the lift! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, all of the rooms have charging ports and the foyer and heated garage were nice to have for all of our ski gear! The lower bunk room was great for the kids! Will definitely be back!!

Amazing, cozy home away from home!

Loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived, directions were clear, easy access to condo. Décor was lovely, the condo was so well equipped, the owners thought of literally everything you could possibly ever need. We cooked our entire Thanksgiving spread and didn't need to buy any extra cook ware or utensil. Location is amazing, short walk to lift or bus (which is free) that takes you to town. We even walked back to the condo one evening from town, that's how close it is. We have stayed at many rental homes but this one was by far the best appointed ever! We would def. recommend to everyone and would stay again!

Great rental

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. The rental was perfect for our family and very clean. The location was perfect for trails, shopping, and dining. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking/eating in very enjoyable. We would definitely return to this same location.

Great Location

We loved being able to walk downtown without needing a vehicle and it was close to the various hikes we wanted to do in the area as well. The separation of the bedrooms over the three floors was a nice way to spread us all out during the stay.
