Location was awesome. Super convenient to downtown and the slopes. Our kids loved the loft area, and adults had privacy in the downstairs. The hot tub was in great condition too, and a wonderful way to end the day. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean and spacious accomodation that is super close to the four o'clock run (3 min walk). Communication from host was great. Hot tub was amazing. Would definitely book again!
Great location for skiing. Easy check-in and responsive staff. Hot tub was wonderful. Lots of space to spread out or be together. Kitchen has everything you need and the garage is large and a real plus. Make sure you keep the driveway clean during the high snow months as it has a little slope.
Our experience couldn’t have been better for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The owners have put a lot of thought into making this place special. Lots of games and a fully stocked kitchen full of anything and everything you could want and need. Topped off with breathtaking views!
Access to the end of the 4 o'clock run is about 100 yards from the door, and it's a short ski and then walk across the road to Snowflake.
The listing wasn't particularly clear about how easy it is to access the slopes, and we thought we would have to walk 5-10 mins to the lift. We were pleasantly surprised.

The unit is essentially across the street from the 4 o’clock lift which you can take to the snowflake lift or down to the gondola near the parking structures. The unit itself represents a very good value with a very nice hot tub and ample sleeping and bathroom conditions for our group of seven. There was room for one car in the garage (maybe two small cars, but we had an SUV) along with room in the driveway for two more cars if needed. Really didn’t have any needs during our trip, but the management company did seem responsive and assisted us when we had left something in advertently after moving out that they sent to us for a reasonable shipping fee.
The house was clean and perfectly set up for our group of 7 adults (2 couples and 3 singles). The hot tub was so nice to have after a long ski day! A bonus amenity that we weren't expecting is the included humidifiers, we put one in every room and it helped tremendously to fight the super dry air (we're from Florida).
Because we were a bit confused from the listing on the exact ski in/ski out set up, here's how you get to the lift: out the garage it's a short 1 minute walk downhill (1 house length) then cross the street and you're at the 4 o'clock run. You can put skis on there and go down a bit, then you have to pop skis off, cross the street, and you're at the snowflake lift. Overall it was very convenient and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to start and end our ski days! It's not directly "on the run" though there is a short walk to get there.
We wouldn't recommend counting on walking to downtown, although technically distance-wise it's not that far, it's a steep hill and there's no sidewalk. We ended up just driving and parking when going into town.
We would definitely rent again! 😊

We had an amazing ski vacation at this property. Everything we could need or want was on site, and the location could not be beat. The ability to cross the street and be on the slopes was an amenity that I would never want to go without. Downtown Breckenridge is also a quick downhill 10 minute walk, and the shuttles make it easy to leave the car at the house. We would definitely stay again!
