Two oversized bedrooms including the Primary King Suite and bunk room with Twin/Twin bunks and Queen bed allow you to rest easy after a long day on the slopes or trails. When it's time to ski or bike, the location can't be beaten, just zip down the elevator and straight out to the Gondola and lifts - heaven! Plus the amenities of the Zephyr Mountain Lodge are second to none including hot tubs, gym, lobby, ski locker, underground parking & more!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen and Twin/Twin bunks in the bunk room, and a Queen size EZ bed in the living room. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Please note: This home does not have air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan or portable fan in each room.

Parking: Parking is available for one car in the underground garage. Parking is $30/day during ski season and free in the summer.

Super modern unit steps away from the gondola!

Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2302 has an unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location just steps from the gondola. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — a great place to relax after a full day on the mountain. We loved the cozy living area, well-equipped kitchen, and easy access to lockers and hot tubs. Everything about this stay made skiing Winter Park effortless and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

Check-in process was easy and the location 100 feet from the gondola is amazing!The property was as advertised and fit my wife and I with our 3 teenagers perfectly. Great ski in/ski our condo!

This unit was perfect for myself and another couple. I loved having a Starbucks in the building. Ski locker worked great and I loved being right at the base. Super clean and cozy.

Zephyr 2 bedroom condo review

My son and I stayed 4 nites at this property and were very happy with the location (so close the the Winter Park gondola) The conditon of the unit was very acceptable with comfortable beds and functional kitchen. There was a nice supply of basic supplies for cooking breakfast which we did every morning. The gas fireplace was also a nice touch. Overall very satisfied

Can’t beat this location

Our family of five enjoyed staying over the 4th of July holiday. Everything you need is right outside the door, including fun family activities, dining, and wildlife (moose siting in the pond just off of the deck of the restaurant where we were having dinner). Great fire pit outside of the lodge in the village. Linens were very comfy and evenings were nice with the sound of the river below. A couple of notes, there was no hot water in the building the day we checked in. After a full day of outdoor activities, a hot shower would have been great. The property manager was very attentive to our questions about the water, and it was fixed by morning. Also, the windows need attention. There are no screens on any of the bedroom windows, and one of the windows in the living room was broken and couldn’t be opened/closed. Overall enjoyable and would stay again.

WPL staff is very caring and friendly! Every detail was personalized and completed with perfection! The unit was quiet, located near the end of the hall away from the elevator and hot tub. Unfortunately, the furniture was too large for the space making moving about difficult with 7 people in the unit. Without a furniture change, we would think twice before renting this unit again. Our return trips to WP will ALWAYS include rentals through Winter Park Lodging!!

We enjoyed the extra space in this unit. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated a larger table for our family to enjoy dinner We were disappointed in the check out time of 10:00 am as it interrupted our planned morning skiing on our last day. We had negotiated a 12 pm late check out time at booking but were ultimately denied due to another renter coming in at 4 pm. The cleaning of this room could certainly have been accomplished in the intervening time between late check out and arrival of new guests.

Wonderful Unit, Great Stay!

4 night stay for a ski trip with my college-aged son. The unit was perfect for our trip. It turned out exactly as described...clean, very nice accommodations. Couldn't have been a more convenient place to stay to get to enjoy Winter Park. Easy access to the main lifts, restaurants and a grocery store/mercantile all just a few steps outside the lodge. I rented skis from Winter Park and that, too, was easy and just a few steps outside the lodge. We never left the resort area the entire trip because we didn't need to...everything was right there. A specific shout out to Ashley at the front desk of the Zephyr Mountain Lodge who went out of her way late one evening to assist us with some car issues we were having on our last night. She provided several resources for us to contact for assistance and was instrumental in helping us resolve the issue. Just an outstanding overall experience (car problems not withstanding...) and will highly recommend to anyone wanting a great ski trip experience at Winter Park. Will definitely be back!!
