Comfortable Family Home in the Heart of Cowes

Escape to this cozy, family-friendly retreat designed with comfort, convenience, and fun in mind! This spacious home is perfect for groups and families, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. With two king bedrooms, a flexible single/double room, and an additional garage/games room with two extra beds, there's room for everyone to relax.

Inside, unwind in the spacious living area, complete with three TVs, a DVD player, and a selection of movies and games to enjoy. Stay connected with high-speed WIFI and make use of the fully equipped kitchen for family meals, whether you're dining indoors or at the sunny outdoor table in the lovely backyard. There's heating, air conditioning, and even a cozy Coonara fireplace for added warmth.

Enjoy the convenience of a large, well-stocked laundry, a BBQ area, and a second toilet. For outdoor fun, the sunny yard offers artificial grass, a veranda, and ample space to unwind among the trees. We even provide golf clubs, bikes, balls, and basketballs for a fun-packed stay. The property is within walking distance to the main street, local restaurants, the beautiful beach, and the pier, making it easy to explore!

Families will love the thoughtful extras, like a pram, portacot, and fenced yard for peace of mind. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

No pets allowed. Schoolies welcome with a refundable $1000 bond. No parties, please—18th and 21st birthdays or large gatherings aren't allowed.

An amazing property that catered for all our family needs.

An amazing property, walking distance to Centre of Cowes, and yet quite and peaceful neighbourhood. Great property for the family with plenty of options for sleeping arrangements for those fussy kids, and a very comfortable Kings size bed for the adults. Highly recommend staying at Jeff's property.

We loved this charming property. It was perfect for our group of six people and two infants. It had everything we needed including some great toys for the children to play with. Easy access to Cowes and the beach. We enjoyed using the barbeque on the back verandah.

Great Getaway

We booked this property as part of a work trip and we could not have been happier with our experience. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. Jeff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We will be back if we are in the area again in the future.

Nice and cosy rooms where nice and cooler keep the whole house cool and it was nice to have the toddler toys in the garage for the little ones and was also handy to have the fishing poles also

Stay was enjoyable and convenient

House is cleaned, got all required things to have a fun time. Place had play equipments that we haven't had to use but for a large group with many kids will be very useful. Close to multiple parks and penguins viewing place. Cafes, bakery and restaurants are in the area. We recommend the place to anyone looking for a quite holiday or fulfilled one.

Location location!!! Everything we needed was within walking distance, price was reasonable, we all had a wonderful time away. Communication with property manager was very efficient. For anyone planning on staying everything you need is available!! Pram, beach umbrella đŸ–ïž, beach chairs, scooters 🛮, toys 🧾, fishing rods, and much much more. Saves a lot of space in the car 🚗 Thank you Jeff for a great getaway. We had a lot of fun in the sun ☀

track days

Did 2 track days on the bikes with the boys, will need to make this a regular thing , or at least an annual event , would be more than happy to rerent this house pending on the amount of riders , there is enough room for another 5 people depending on if you want to share rooms. Excelent value for money , the owner was fantastic, let us in earlier than listed times eg we got there at around 12pm and bookin time was 2 or 3. there was actually enough room to back 3 vehicles in with trailers on in the driveway woohoo !

Comfort & Ease

Jeff has ensured absolutely everything you could need is available at this property. His communication was excellent and very helpful. The property took us on a trip down memory lane with heaps of old DVDs which was great for a rain day. Plenty to do and see. Our highlight was the rock pools at the cape woolami surf beach down the stairs and turn left walk about 5 mins and find a hidden paradise! Thanks Jeff

Great Getaway Escape

From the moment we booked, Jeff was very responsive to our queries, was very accommodating, and very informative on details for check in. When we arrived it was an easy process to gain access and we all were delighted how beautiful and clean the property was. Walking distance to shops. They even though about having essential supplies like fresh milk, cereal for us. It has been a pleasure and a wonderful getaway escape for us all. Great stay, great hosts

Clean, spacious and cosy beach house. We stayed here for a winter weekend getaway with some friends. The fireplace was beautiful and warm, extra linen and bedding with small heaters in each bedroom for colder nights. Ample space for large groups and big outdoor areas. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole was safe and secure in a quiet street walking distance to the main strip. Would definitely recommend and Jeff is a great host with fast replies and communication

Owner was very kind and welcoming. House was clean and perfectly located.

Family enjoyed staying at this house. Enough room for all of us (6) and conveniently located near all shops and the beach.

We LOVE Cowes, we love places with lots to do, so purchased “our island home” to spend more future time there. We added our personal touch to this home so you can feel our family atmosphere and enjoy the beautiful island and many activities, as we have.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Great location -close to main st, beach, shops, restaurants, golf and many things to do. We saw the potential to refurbish inside and rework the outside, bringing our coastal feel here. Big block has ample room.

WALK to most things, to Main st, beach, restaurants, supermarkets, food, bottle shop, Pub, mini golf, etc... The island has many activities and places for your holiday.
