Summary:
Positioned in a fantastic location right in the heart of Cowes, only minutes walk to the beach & the main street.

Offering two bedrooms, master with a king-sized bed, 2nd bedroom with single bed plus double bed with bunk over. Dual access ensuite/bathroom, large living & kitchen area & a private courtyard at the rear. All linen (except for beach towels) is included.

Additional features include; pet friendly, reverse cycle heating/cooling, single car garage plus off-street parking for 1 car.

Great holiday destination, Unit is ideally placed, close to beach, and main shopping strip and also close to the boardwalk for a nice walk along the foreshore and watch the sunsets

First the positives: well designed reasonably spacious unit. Comfy king bed in master. Lovely little courtyard with table and chairs and tropical garden. Safe and secure for dogs, although not big enough to exercise them. Fabulous Location. Within short walking distance to beach and shops.Negatives: the toilet was filthy, the bowl stained brown. Floor and skirtings around the toilet also needed a clean. Also really dirty down the side of the washing machine and most skirtings.Such a basic thing it made me really cross. I would have left if I could have easily found a suitable replacement.I cleaned the toilet myself, but I shouldn’t have to. The rest of the unit was acceptably cleanWhen you think of all those before you that used the toilet, it really gave me the ICK! I suggest your cleaners pick up their game or else find new ones.The last time I stayed there I made similar comments but they obviously weren’t actioned.Such a pity because otherwise this place has a lot going for it. Hoping the management team will listen this time?Very quiet when I was there, but units next to me were empty. Please give it a bit of love

Great time

We spend 3 nights in a perfect location on the Phillip Island. I can recommend it. 3 days in almost enough to see the entire island. I can recommend the accommodation. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location, very easy & comfortable place to stay

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in the unit & so did our 2 dogs. A couple of blocks to the beach, fantastic walking beach to the East (dogs ok off-lead before 10am & after 6pm). Comfortable king sized bed & very clean overall. Good wi-fi and all conveniences you need. A lot of dog friendly places in Cowes to eat & drink made for a great long weekend.

A cute little unit

Tucked in a quiet street, this cute little unit is the perfect getaway for couples or small family. We're happy to have found this pet-friendly place. A pleasant experience throughout including communications with owner.

Lovely spot, perfect for a getaway

Very clean and a great location. Bed was very comfortable (as someone with a bad back, this was a big highlight for me!) lots of space for cooking / relaxing. Not far from the beach, or the shops/ restaurants - but a very quiet street - which was nice. Thanks very much!

Awesome stay

Unit was well presented and clean. It had a little courtyard which was secure for our dog. We felt comfortable and the host provided great communication to us. I would recommend the unit to family and friends.

Great getaway

Great location. Short walk to beach and shops. Great unit with courtyard. We are a family of 4 and a fur baby. We had everything we needed and were very appreciative of the extra touches, such as toiletries, washing powder, plenty of towels etc. Communication was great and this was super easy.

Pet friendly and good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay including our labradoodle. The house is very clean and tidy with garage for car. Our pup was allowed inside but also had a small secure outside area. It’s in a nice quiet street, with a great sports park across the road to give your dog an extra run. Walking distance to shops and beach. The host was very helpful with excellent communication .

Great unit close to everything

Well designed spacious unit with great backyard. Good for my little dogs. Very secure. Unit had everything I needed and was in a great location. Very comfy king sized bed. Great communication all the way along. Only down side was no doggy door into backyard and no recliner or ottoman to put your feet up when watching TV. Could do with a bit of a spring clean. Many skirtings very dirty as was area around toilet, heaps of dirt and old food wrapper under bed head. Rangehood dripping fat, needs a clean. Just needs a bit of TLC to bring it up to scratch, but otherwise a very nice place to stay

Dangerous furniture arrangement next to non-safety glass windows

There is a bed on wheels in the children’s room next to floor to ceiling windows of old non safety standard glass. We were lucky our child wasn’t severely injured by broken glass when the moving bed on wheels smashed into the window after bumping into it at night. If you have children playing in the room beware of danger due to poorly thought out furniture and non-safety glass that can cause major injuries. Owner charged for damage- doesn’t carry good insurance or think about safety. Old bottles of drink found under bed and coffee table-not well cleaned.

Convienent and a good size , nice secure back yard

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the property being dog friendly, had a couple of minor issues , with lights not working and an unexplained 'water Hammer noise at night that kept waking us up.A bit of confusion with street numbering , I believe the listing decryption will be updated to reflect this.

Close to beach and pet friendly

Lovely apartment in quiet neighbourhood and close to beach. We were 3 adults and a dog. There was room to spare. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Linens were supplied which made it easy to settle in and get the holiday started. Small secure backyard was perfect for our dog to enjoy the fresh air. Also felt comfortable leaving the dog alone for a few hours while we enjoyed the local sites. Kitchen contained a decent variety of utensils etc. Would highly recommend this apartment and location.
