True Ski-In/Ski-Out to Park City Mountain Resort!

The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #11 is a studio condo with one bathroom located on the first floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

The open floor plan offers an efficient, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for four to enjoy a meal. A comfortable queen-size Murphy bed easily pulls out for a good night’s rest or can be stored away for additional spacious living, while built-in drawers keep belongings tucked away. The living room invites you to relax in front of a gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the large flat-screen TV. Natural light pours in through large sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio, perfect for après ski or quick access to a fun game of tennis or pickleball during the summer months. The private bathroom has a full-size jetted tub perfect for an après ski soak and a walk-in shower.

Condo amenities include a portable window AC unit, fabulous balcony, gas grill, gas fireplace, TV, wall safe, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is an indoor locker room for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.

Best Ski In/Out in Park City

We've been several times to Sun Flower condos at Park City and we just love the place. You can't find a more convenient ski in/out in Park City. The ski lockers are literally a few steps away from the lifts.

Snowflower Park City

This cozy slopeside condo has everything a couple would need for a fun getaway, winter or summer. The layout is compact but well thought out, with a well appointed kitchen for cooking if desired. We've never been in Utah in summer, but at this condo is conveniently located for hiking, sightseeing, kayaking on local lakes, and only 30 minutes from Temple Square in Salt Lake City.

Great Late March Stay

Went here to learn how to snowboard. Great location. The condos are well supplied. They even supplied tide pods so we could wash our clothes while there in order not to overpack. Just some things we learned while we were staying there; the pool is heated and very comfortable even though it was snowing during our day. The equipment lockers are in the perfect location for first timers like us. Would like to come back in the future.

Great condo for 2 people

This condo has wonderful location. The garage was so convenient and having the carts to haul our luggage and groceries was wonderful. It felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves we never heard another person and only saw one person heading to the pool. The locker room was very convenient, we just grabbed our equipment walked up a few steps and we were in the lift line. The Murphy bed was small for two adults but we were able to pull out the couch so we each had our own space. Highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to ski Mountain Village.

Great place just one person wasn’t helpful

We loved staying there! Everyone was super helpful with the exception of one guy who whenever we asked a question such as where are some places you suggest to eat he said he would reply with a non helpful response well it depends on what you want to eat, but not provide an answer or when we asked where the hot tub he would just point in the general direction or when when we asked if there were any plastic cups at the hot tub (since no glsss was allowed) he told us no and that we had to get them ourselves at a local store - only to find that they were in fact available in the hot tub area

Ski in ski out convenience

Perfect for 2 people - convenient to stay at base of resort . Great locker rooms for skis and walk out few feet and on lift. Large hot tub close to unit as well. Walkable to grocery and quick bus ride or 15-20 min walk to Main Street . Really no need for car/ bus stop at end of street. Bed is a Murphy bed though so not very soft. Bedding nice, plenty blankets and pillows and super nice bathroom with jacuzzi and magnifying mirror . Clean. Overall would stay again being ski in/ski out for this price definitely worth it.
