The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via Park City’s free transit system.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, Snow Flower #18, is located on the second floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.

The kitchen and living area offer an open floorplan with clean furnishings, granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and seating for four at the dining table. The living area has a large, flat screen tv, mountain rustic furnishings, and a gas fireplace. The private balcony offers a space for enjoying morning coffee or après libations from the privacy of your condo.

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the private patio. The en-suite bath features dual sinks, a jetted bathtub and updated cabinetry. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds that can be made as a king with at least 24 hours advanced notice and a wall-mounted TV. The guest bathroom includes updated cabinetry.

Condo amenities include comfortable duvets, a fabulous balcony, a gas fireplace, three TVs, and a DVD player, a wall safe, and a wall-mounted hairdryer in each bathroom. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes. For warm weather use, tennis and pickleball courts are a few steps from the building’s front door.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
