CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:

The lobby renovation will begin in Dec. 12, 2025 through Apr. 2026. During this period, guests are kindly asked to follow directional signage upon arrival. A temporary lobby will be available in the Theater at The Welk, with guest parking conveniently located behind theater. Please be advised that the Broadway Hill Lap Pool and the Broadway Hill South Spa will be closed for resurfacing from Nov. 19, 2025 through Jan. 1, 2026. Alternative pool and spa facilities will remain available for your enjoyment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your experience. For assistance or directions to these areas, please contact the Front Desk. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Please note that the Mountain Springs Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Nov. 1, 2024 to May 22, 2025. During this time, the other pools on property are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation payment of 50USD regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - 50USD cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellations + 50USD cancellation fee
