Evergreen Paradise is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the lake and Village. This home comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Newly remodeled game room in garage with arcade games, foosball table, and pool table! Board games and card games. Smart TV with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - New hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large back deck!

Perfect for a Couples Getaway

Super cozy cabin with plenty of space for a family, but we were here to celebrate our anniversary. They had a rose bouquet ready in the room for me (extra fee but awesome that he had the option to even add that on!) The hot tub was already warm and ready for us to hop in, it was so relaxing, we used it every single night! The game room was probably our absolute favorite part of the whole cabin, they had everything to keep us entertained for hours on end. We also used this every single day. I was worried when I saw the game room was inside a garage but it does have a heater that keeps you plenty warm and we visited in November with snow. We also used the kitchen a lot, they have nearly everything you need to cook, but bring your own seasonings, including salt + pepper as they don't have that! All in all, it was a great stay. The fireplace is super cozy, while rather small, it helps keep the house nice and toasty. I would definitely stay here again, especially when comparing the amount of amenities to similarly priced cabins.

Fun for family

We loved the game room and hot tub. All of the game room games and hot tub felt pretty much brand new. The kids loved the rental and it was a great place to actually relax. Location great, close to the village but not too close or hectic.

The home was nice but dated. The visible mouse traps in the kitchen were not a nice touch. Game room was great but broken floor tiles are dangerous.

Lots of fun for all

Great place. Some of the video games need work on the buttons (tmnt Leo and Donatello you can play, rampage the 2 on the right have issues) kids had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay again.

Nice Home

Nice home but felt that it was overpriced. The furniture and bed were very uncomfortable. The couches are really old and worn out, need to be replaced. Home was smaller than expected. Game room was pretty neat.

Fun game room and good location

The cabin had a great game room that kept us entertained. And it was walking distance to Pineknot Trail, which was super convenient for a morning hike.

It’s fine.

I’ll start by saying I have never had a more difficult check in process. They demanded I give them pics of my ID and credit card. Hello identity theft. I’ve never been asked for this before. After all that I stated we’d get there around 3:45 for a 4 check in and was promptly told we will get the info at 4 on the dot. K. But did end up letting us in a few min early. Get to the place and wow. They called this remodeled. I call it quirky and odd. There’s nothing remodeled. The carpet is from the 80s. I think they are calling vinyl tile a few places remodeled. Nothing is attached so to be in the game room (garage) you have to go outside. Also many of the games were broken. I mean it’s in a decent location and we had fun because we enjoyed the area. But I don’t think I’d rent this place or go through big bear cool rentals. Cool in the name is curious. More like big bear very uptight rentals.

My stay

Very old cabin which was misleading in the pics. Way overpriced, and the cabin just needed more tlc and basic necessity upgrades to be a rental The place had a lot of cobwebs inside along with the light smell of cigarette smoke which apparently had been an issue before The only reason i chose this cabin was the game room for my son! Btw a handful of the games dont work We always want a jacuzzi, and a pool table and if any other games are available then we are usually sold

Amazing game room

Great place, except for heavy cigarette smell throughout the house. Could also use deeper cleaning/dusting, especially since it’s a pet friendly accommodation.

Arcade escape

This rental was perfect for our family needs as a place that is quiet enough for the kids to recharge or put them in the arcade room to burn up some Energy between trips into town. We had great communication with the managers and would recommend this place to others!

Enjoyable Stay at Evergreen Paradise

We had a nice, cozy couple of days here at Evergreen Paradise. Check-in was easy and the house was clean. The only issues that came up had to do with the game room and they were pretty minimal. A couple of the games were a little problematic and a few of the tips of the pool cue sticks were worn down, so just basic wear-and-tear stuff that could be addressed but it didn't hinder our experience. For instance Leonardo on the Ninja Turtle game was a little unresponsive but I mean he's probably the best Ninja Turtle so he's probably being selected a lot so maybe that's why lol! But overall the game room was such a fun addition. It was just me and my partner and we spent a lot of time in there playing and watching YouTube so I can imagine it's great for everyone of all ages. I would return for sure.

We enjoyed our stay!

We love the game room and the privacy of our own cabin. I love that its really close to everything. Very convenient. The only thing i have is the bathroom door do not close, also the curtain at the bedroom fell on me because its not hanging on anything it was just hang on top of the window without security. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! :)

Awesome game room!!!!

My bf, our pup and I really enjoyed our stay, we had a blast in the game room!! The top deck with jacuzzi was nice where we enjoyed our morning coffee, we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi this weekend (not enough time in the day lol) but that just means we’ll have to come back to try it out :) Cabin is just a short walk from the village and lake. Everything was clean, the king size bed was comfortable and the cabin had just about everything you might need for your stay! Will definitely be back soon! :)

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We had so much fun playing pool and fun video games in the game room while watching the big screen. It would be great for a family with kids too! Really enjoyed the deck with bbq and it was a great location. We can’t wait to go back!

Cleanliness

The property and home were very clean. The hot tub needed a new filter and the water needed changed or treated. All in all very satisfied.
