All the amenities and luxuries of home with the room for a big group to spread out. All while being ideally located to the best of Asheville! Make yourself at home at these two condos with convenient features including 50" TVs in the living rooms and bedrooms, a two fully-stocked kitchen, charger stations, blackout curtains, sound machines, smart locks, Amazon Echo, and books and games for your whole group!

Make yourself at home in these 2 upstairs/downstairs condos with 2 bedroom each that sleeps 12 total. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms in each condo. The master bedroom in each unit includes a king bed, an en suite bathroom, a 50" smart TV, and blackout curtains. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a King bed, a 50" smart TV, and plenty of extra amenities to make it a great stay. While the twin bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. A full-sized sofa bed is available in each unit with linens for use as well.

While you're in town, be sure to visit some of the best of what Asheville has to offer. Just a short drive away is access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, which opens up the beautiful Appalachian mountains to every type of traveler. Be sure to watch out for wildlife! A day in Asheville isn't complete without a day at the beautiful, iconic Biltmore House. Just around the corner is plenty of dining and shopping options, with highway and interstate access nearby to easily explore the rest of the area.

Guests access the home using an electronic keypad with the code sent to you beforehand. There's no need to worry about keys!

Guests have access to the whole of both condos, including 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and two fully stocked kitchen.

There are two designated parking spots per unit (4 total) for guest use.

The Neighborhood is in a quiet, residential area only a few minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-40, and I-240. There is an Ingles grocery store less than 1 mile away as well as multiple restaurants like Piazza, Nachos & Beer, Great Wall, and Subway.

Guests can use taxis, Uber, and Lyft, starting around $8.
