Hideaway Cabin in the City!

Welcome to Malvern Hills Station, a hideaway cabin in the city! Brand new central AC! Your own peaceful getaway in the heart of West Asheville. Located in the family friendly Malvern Hills neighborhood of West Asheville, this charming country cabin is in the center of it all and in a very walkable neighborhood. Malvern Hills Station is the perfect spot to have your own little private home in the city. Its so easy at Malvern Hills Station. This is convenience and charm at its best!
The space
This detached apartment is located beside the hosts home. The driveway is shared, and there is an off street parking space for guests. The apartment is located to the right of the driveway, above the garage, and there are stairs that lead up to your front door. The entry door is around the back of the apartment from the parking area. The property is shared with the owner's main house, but everything in the rental is separate and for guest's private use only.
Guest access
Guests have entire apartment to themselves, this is a completely detached building and offers peace, quiet, and privacy in the city. Parking for 1 vehicle is to the left of the garage door, facing the main house. Do not block garage door when parking. Do not drive or park on rock walkway. Additional street parking is located on Madeline Avenue.
Other things to note
This fully equipped rental has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, and basic kitchen utensils. There is no stove or hotplate for cooking. We also provide towels, sheets, wash cloths, and some toiletries.

The pictures do no do this place justice. It is SO much cuter in person! It is conveniently located near Haywood, a vibrant area of West Ashville that has vintage shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. This place is also an easy and short drive from downtown Ashville. Great place to stay!

The room was exactly as described, location was excellent. Host was very quick to respond and fix the issue we had. For the price it was excellent. Was very quiet at night. We enjoyed our time there.

This cabin in the city was so quaint and clean and peaceful. It’s located off the main road so it’s centrally located to every fun activity in Asheville yet the neighborhood is so quiet, I felt like we were in the country. The cabin is an apartment above the owners detached garage. Their property is neat and clean so so beautifully landscaped. We never saw or heard the owners but they communicated quickly if we had a question. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. Everything we could need was provided including lots of blankets and towels, kitchenware, games, books, magazines and even a few snacks. My daughter and I felt safe and comfortable here and are looking forward to booking again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in our Hideaway cabin. This studio apartment was immaculately clean and attractively decorated. We especially liked the tall ceiling which made the unit seem larger. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed. There was plenty of coffee for our entire week, along with complementary snacks. It was conveniently located for all our activities. Restaurants and grocery stores were located nearby. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is also separate from the main house, which meant that we were never exposed to unwanted noise. We appreciated small things, like the very tall showerhead, which meant I didn’t have to duck under it, like I have at other units. It also had sensitive skin body wash, which is important to me for my skin condition. We had some difficulty with the TV going off-line, but the owners were able to help us with that problem. There was plenty of reading material, including Local travel information. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental.

Hideaway Cabin in the City was exactly as described. Interior had a cabin feel but with all the conveniences of a suite and was comfortable, clean, quiet and decorated to create a pleasurable atmosphere. Location is very convenient to getting into Asheville or any other local areas. Plenty of food options with so many small restaurants in West Asheville. We stayed for 5 nights and loved this hideaway - highly recommended. Thank you Sandy!

Delightful Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy little carriage house. Nestled in a quiet area with lots of privacy, it was still close to shopping, dining, grocery stores, and friends I came to visit. The hosts were super responsive to all questions!

This was the perfect cabin located in easy driving distance of the entire Ashville area. Communication with the owners and property manager was helpful, friendly, and responsive, without being intrusive. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town

What a cute little garage apt that provided just what we needed. We stayed during the hurricane relief and the owners accommodated all of our needs. Would definitely stay again.
