South Branch Condo 7-2 is a cute and cozy second-floor ski-in/ski-out retreat at Saddleback Mountain, offering unbeatable access to the slopes and all the mountain has to offer. Just steps from the main lodge, you'll be close to the pub, restaurant, gift shop, and other amenities, making it easy to enjoy the lively après-ski scene.

Inside, the condo is well equipped for a stress-free stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals simple, while the living room invites you to unwind by the electric fireplace (As of 3/6 - currently unavailable until fixed). Enjoy a movie night with the Smart TV, DVD player, and selection of movies, or choose from the available books and board games for a cozy evening in. A washer and dryer add extra convenience, especially for longer stays.

Additional perks include a basement ski locker for easy gear storage and a furnished deck where you can enjoy some fresh mountain air. Best of all, this condo is pet friendly, so your four-legged companion can join in on the adventure. Fabulous!

Wonderful!

We loved staying in this cozy condo! Great ski in/ski out location! We had two adults, 2 kids and our labradoodle - perfect size for us. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Ended up staying in/cooking dinner each of the 3 nights we stayed. It was great having access to the ski lockers right below us - couldn't have been easier. Great experience!

Beautiful on slope condo

Our first visit to Saddleback mountain and our accommodations were amazing! Perfect ski in ski out unit with fireplace and amazing views. Very convenient to lifts and close to the main lodge, we were able to work remotely as the hi fi was great. Property management team provided great service, especially allowing us to extend out check out time. Look forward to visiting and staying at south branch again soon!

Perfect Location!

This condo was a perfect location for ski-in and ski-out at Saddleback! A cozy vibe inside and a lovely view of the mountain. Easy storage of gear in downstairs lockers, convenient parking, a functional kitchen, and comfortable beds were other highlights. We were unable to access email due to slow WiFi speed in the condo but the lodge is only a short drive away if you need to access the internet. Highly recommend!

Cozy Stay

Our party of 4 fit comfortably in the unit. Do note that the second bedroom only has the bunk beds - the third bed in the room (shown in a photo) has been replaced by a desk. Great views and terrific ski-in / ski-out location. Kitchen was minimally appointed but serviceable for simple meals (spaghetti, hot dogs, pizza). Easy parking; and the ski locker downstairs is convenient. Would stay again - but suggest bringing your own soap and shampoo as only 2 tiny bars of soap were provided (and no shampoo). As for Saddleback, we had a great ski experience! Thanks, M&F for being very responsive throughout the rental process.

Overall , an ok stay at this unit. The kitchenette was very small and literally bare bones so if you want an easier time cooking and eating in , bring your own pots and pans. The unit had like 1 pan for the oven and no oven mitts. Luckily Morton Furbish was kind enough to swing by potholders and another cookie sheet, which was super helpful. Beds were comfortable but the space was slightly tight and any more than four adults and two children would be uncomfortable. Easy access to the slopes at one of the best mountains I've ever been to.

They really undersold the view! (4.5 stars!)

This condo was perfect for our family of four to stay for an extended weekend! The only issue I ran into was the lack of a pot large enough for cooking spaghetti as well as no colander. The door to the locker room below was unlocked when we arrived, which we did not discover until returning from skiing the next day. Everything else was wonderful, especially the view!

Good but could've been better

1. I had purchased food items such as steaks, burgers and chicken to cook out on the grill. We were not able to access the deck and grill due to the slider door being inoperable. The condo is advertised as having a propane grill to use. We tried to open the slider to check out the deck and ended up needing to call after hours maintenance due to the door being stuck open which we finally were able to wiggle and shove until it closed. 2. The fireplace did not work which we also reported to after hours maintenance. I was pleased to have it fixed the next day however I wish they would've called to let me know that they were coming. They came in and took care of it while we were out skiing. 3. When we arrived the dishwasher was full and we had to empty it. 4. The refrigerator door had many food items left behind from the previous renter. Over all I would rate it with three and 1/2 stars. There were cobwebs and pumpkin beetles that I needed to keep vacuuming. Housekeeping should be made aware.
