LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

Big Bear Fishing Weekend

My boyfriend and I planned a last minute trip to big bear and lucked out on finding this cabin! We loved the rustic charm + the location to the marina was ideal! It was also nice having the fire place and bbq. Can’t wait to plan our next trip.

Great cozy comfy little place

Liked it very much, hope to stay again! Little things need to be addressed like the storm doors slamming closed on your hands and feet. The yard is all dirt which can be quite muddy with the snowmelt and.or rain. Great Location, quiet!!

As advertised

Basic two bedroom, one bathroom cabin with everything you need. It wasn’t fancy or shiny new but was clean and functional. The only minor imperfection is that you have to stop at the rental office before you check in (even though you filled out everything on line and there is a lock box with keys at the door. Seems like they could text or email you the combination

My weekend at the Sauer Suite

The location of the cabin is great. Its a beautiful cabin with plenty of room but very cold. There is a fire place and a wall heater in the living room which only warms that general area. The bedrooms were very cold. There were two small portable heaters which make alot of noice. Newer quieter portable heaters for the bedroom would of made the stay better.

Everything was great

Everything about the place was perfect. The check-in process had us panicking because I received 7ish emails from the company and none mentioned I need to check-in at their main office.

Sorry, not again.

Window above sink open when we arrived and found rat in the sink upon arrival. We understand about animals but this does not excuse the window being left open. There was no BBQ on property as advertised and we brought BBQ meals as we expected one and brought our meals to cook. Its covid time and we have two toddlers, we didn't want to go out to eat and its a main reason to rent a cabin. We also all came home with flea bites. Not again thanks.. VBRO and Cabin place both crickets on any tiny refund, understandable since the fees make the price double than expected. Not again, Thanks. Buyer Beware.

Great location

This cozy cabin is great for getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and all the rooms are neat and clean, ready for your stay. The location is second to none, walking access to the lake yet close enough to the Big Bear Village area.

Great Location and very roomy for party of 4

This was a great location and great space for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the area. The cabin had all the needed supplies including kitchen supplies, towels and even space heaters for extra warmth. Only 2 inconveniences: 1) needing to do a pre-stop at a separate location to get the Keys and sign additional legal paperwork. This made it challenging if you were uncertain at what time you would arrive as additional fees apply if you got in too late. 2) you had to through all your trash at a separate location that we had to drive too. Neither were major deal breakers and we will stay again in the near future.

Unfortunately, it's a city ordinance that requires the office check-in and we are unable to contest that at this time. Every vacation rental has to dispose of their trash at the appropriate dumpsite.
