Lakeside es una maravillosa cabaña familiar con vistas panorámicas al lago desde la cubierta frontal, que ofrece relajación y serenidad, pero aún se encuentra en una excelente ubicación central, cerca del pueblo, restaurantes, tiendas y excursiones. Esta cabaña ofrece una acogedora sala de estar con cómodos muebles, una chimenea de piedra de piedra tostada y un televisor de pantalla plana / reproductor de DVD para su disfrute. Cada uno de los dos dormitorios tiene un baño privado completo adjunto, mientras que el dormitorio norte tiene una puerta de entrada adicional para su comodidad. La cocina básica pero eficiente tiene todos los elementos esenciales para una cena familiar, incluidos utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos, y una pequeña área de mesa para sentarse. Had an amazing time staying here. The view of the lake was incredible. The cabin was super cozy and comfortable. Loved the fireplace and kitchen. Unfortunately, the sheets had not been cleaned and there was dirt and small rocks in the beds. The floors had also not been cleaned and there was dirt and hair under the furniture. They also charge 35 for a 2 hr later check out time which is kinda annoying. That being said we had a great time and would definitely book this cabin again.

This was a cute little, old but cozy cabin. The view is beautiful and would most certainly stay another time. Only thing was Nothing to wash dishes with, dish soap yes but no sponge or brush. Only a few glasses available and coffee cups, no coffee or filters. Plates and silverware were sparse. If in fact you would be 10 people at the cabin you would have a problem. With that said, yes we would stay there again. Location is ideal, cabin is clean. Overall very satisfied.

Church Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeview cabin. The location is great. We had morning walks by the lake and enjoyed the view. The cabin is clean and well equipped with the right necessities. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Excellent communication with the concierge via text messages. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to be back again in the future.

The cabin we stayed in was very close to the lake and the view was amazing. Everything was within a couple of driving miles. I had to clear all the snow from my porch using a snow shovel. It was a lot of work! Although all the linen was amazingly clean, the carpets and shower curtains need replacement. Overall, it was a great family trip. I recommend it!

Gross and dirty

We were afraid to walk on the nasty floors. Kitchen smelled gross and the vinyl was all damaged and lifting up in kitchen cobwebs all over beds. I found pieces of wood under my pillows and overall would not stay here again. The couches were gross had to lay blankets over them to sit down. Disappointing. The location and view was the only nice part.

Beautiful Lake View Cabin

My family and I rented this cabin while in Big Bear for the Spartan Race. The view and location is excellent! 5 minutes from The Village area. The cabin was cozy and had all we needed for our 2 night stay. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside on the deck with all the additional seating it has to offer. We enjoyed ping pong, volleyball and the picnic tables in the common area too. Paddles/ball were provided which is a nice plus. We we're hoping to enjoy the hot tub but it had been drained (along with the pool which we didn't intend on using in May)...no biggie. You should know the check-in office is about 5 minutes away from the property. It's quick and easy, and they offered a complimentary spice jar (includes 5 spices like salt/pepper etc) which the cabin doesn't have. It's a nice detail which I appreciated. We look forward to returning again!

The place had exactly what we wanted. A rustic cabin, a great view of the lake, and the pool was an outstanding addition to our stay. Our grandson loved the swings, ping pong table, and of course the pool. If we had a need they were right there to assist us.

Love the location, not a fan of the check in process...

We stayed here right before the new year. We are a family of four, including 2 young children (5 month old and a toddler). After driving up from Orange County with 2 little ones, we checked into their office. The attendant (think his name was Lee) then emailed us the address of the property and instruction to enter. However, he forgot to include the unit number. This missing detail made it very difficult to find the property and we ended up driving around in circles for an hour. With two little children, this added inconvenience was very taxing. We called the after hours number and the attendant gave us the correct address with unit number. Entering the property was easy once we had the correct information. The unit itself is small but cozy. The heater in one of the rooms would make a loud banging noise (every 2 hours or so) that would wake up our baby. Hot water for showers, not the cleanest curtains or comforter. But a comfortable place to stay. We loved the location on the lake. The view was beautiful and what we loved the most was a hill behind the house. We used it for sledding and it was so much fun with the kids. We ended up staying an additional night due to some car issues and the host was very accommodating. They discounted the additional night due to the hiccup we had with our check in. Christina was the person who helped us and we appreciate her. Overall we stay again as we loved the location. We would just need to make sure we have the correct information before driving to the unit.

Good Neighbor Policy enforced at all times. Removing trash and Wash Dishes. No Smoking, Parties, Events, Loud Music, Street Parking, or Over Occupancy Allowed. Fines/Evictions possible by both Code Enforcement and Big Bear Vacations.

Check-in after 4:00 pm - Check-out before 10:00 am
No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
