A very underrated place with an excellent host

This host is the one of the best hosts i’ve ever experienced with when booking reservations for property or other things. The host responded to all of my concerns and questions fast. The property was beautiful and the pictures listed did not do enough justice. It was a lot larger than i thought it was which was good for my family and inside was well designed.

The house is good for those who go out every day

The property is very neat with three nice bathrooms and four double bed rooms. Some of the light furnishings and general painting are very basic. We had young children and they could not go out in to the garden at all. However, we had a lot to do and see and the house was fine for our purposes genberally speaking.

Stay at Glen Waverley

The house location suited us for an event we were attending nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house was clean. However, beds had doonas only, no sheets. Outdoor areas very scrappy and unkept. Outdoor furniture broken It was fine for us because we basically just needed somewhere to sleep and shower that was in a convenient location.

OK for a short stay, but description wasn't completely accurate.

The house is recently partially renovated. Easy check in and good communication with owner (we had a last minute change, which we then changed back, and she was very accommodating and helpful). Kitchen has large fridge, appliances etc. Description of amenities states bed sheets are provided, but only fitted sheet and quilt were provided no top sheet. So we either roast under a quilt or have nothing covering us while sleeping. We would have brought sheets had we known. Description also says 'garden' - this is not maintained and we couldn't let our kids out there. Hallway floorboards creak loudly the whole way so anyone walking at night wakes everyone up. Overall we only needed a base for 2 days and it was OK for that, but we would not stay here again.

the location was very close to where we needed to be each day, was also close to shops and restaurants. There was an issue with the plumbing whilst we were there(water bubbling, gurgling and not draining), but the owner apparently resolved this on the street once we left. The property was beautiful and updated on the inside. Plenty of room in all bedrooms, large dining and kitchen. Excellent.

Family Stay

House was lovely and clean. Each bedroom has its own aircon. House also has ducted heating - so we were all nice and warm on a cool evening. Bedrooms and beds very large and extremely comfortable. Three showers and loo’s available with plenty of hot water - all six of us had a morning shower with no hot water issues. Host communication was excellent - thank you
