Perfect for a group of friends or family vacation to the mountains our conveniently located Moonridge chalet sits on a spacious corner lot just below Bear Mountain Resort, furnished with all that you need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation to the mountains. Sprawling with two levels of cozy spaces for your group to enjoy your time together along with kitchen and dining essentials, a full size pool table, and a prime location within a short walk to the newly constructed Moonridge Corridor shops, this truly is an unbeatable year round location.
You will love this spacious mountain retreat, featuring knotty pine/beamed ceilings, radiant heat and toasty wood burning fireplaces, plus the necessities from home paired with an added pool table, you will feel like you have your own private mountain lodge to yourselves for your next vacation. Double family rooms offer plenty of sprawling space for the group to enjoy your time together while a fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide all that you need for your home cooked meals including cookware, appliances, a dishwasher, plus a formal dining table for sit down meals. The owners have provided your group with complimentary Cable on both the living room and game room flat screen TVs plus hi speed WIFI internet is provided to ensure you can stay connected while vacationing as well.

No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.
There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
