This lovely home, located within the gated community of Assateague Pointe, offers all the comforts of home combined with the resort-style amenities that make vacation special. Guests can enjoy two outdoor pools, a recreation center and clubhouse, stocked fishing ponds, paddle boats, playgrounds, a fishing pier, volleyball, and more. Assateague Pointe is conveniently located next to a water park and the Western-themed Frontier Town, with the beaches of both Ocean City and Assateague Island just four miles away. West Ocean City’s outlet shopping and a wide variety of dining options are also just minutes from the community. This home accommodates up to six guests and includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, and central A/C. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge. Comforters, pillow covers, and mattress covers are changed between each tenant.
