Newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms!! Charming (2 bedroom, sleeps 6) single family home, centrally located in Berlin, Md. with easy access to Ocean City, Assateague Island State Park, and downtown Berlin. This property comes with washer / dryer, microwave, full kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, sink), open family room / dining room, wet bar / coffee bar, central air condition, back yard deck, front porch, your own private picnic / recreation area (grill, fire pit, picnic table), and AMPLE PRIVATE PARKING for your trailered recreational vehicles.

Enjoy local beaches (Assateague Island and Ocean City), wild horses, water sports, local distillery / wineries, local festivals / events, local farm fresh produce, great restaurants, golfing, MD blue crabs, and surrounding amenities. After your day out, you can return to your own private oasis of leisure and fun at this relaxing getaway!

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots /pans, glassware, etc.; washer / dryer; 2 TV's (living room and family room); wireless internet (TV equipped with ROKU, or available for your own streaming device); private parking; .1/4 miles downtown Berlin; 7 miles Ocean City; 7 miles Assateague State Park; bedroom #1 is a queen bed; 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds; pullout "queen" sofa in living room; linens package and bath towels included.

Availability: This property is available for rental any day of the week (minimum 3 night stay during peak season and minimum 2 night stay off season). Check-in is after 3:00 pm. Rental not to exceed 7 nights (during peak season)

Linens included: Linens include mattress cover, fitted and flat sheet, pillow case, blanket and comforter. Bath towel sets are provided for the number of registered guest.

Best Management Cleaning Practices: We value your health and safety. Our cleaning practices are in accordance with CDC guidelines. Sanitizing and cleaning disinfectants are used after each guest. We had a great stay! The cart and fun stuff for the beach were great. We loved the cornhole too. This is a very safe neighborhood and was a perfect location to join our family for an event at The Inn Berlin and only 4 min away from mainstreet and 15 minutes from the beach.

The place was clean, and as expected for the most part, but not without issues, like communication.On the second day, when I couldn’t find any books for kids per the listing, I messaged the host who responded, “we believe it best not to interpret what parents would deem appropriate reading” and advised to go to a nearby library. Around the same time, I saw someone had showed up unannounced outside. They had brought firewood, took out the trash (from previous guest?), rearranged fire pit chairs, and watered the flowers in front of the house. We did not get any notification that someone would be stopping by per the Rental agreement or basic common courtesy. The host and local contact had my number, and could have texted, call, messaged through the Vrbo app, or given a simple knock on the door.We also found the queen mattress uncomfortable, it creaked and was unsupportive.

We loved it! Quiet neighborhood, no other houses right on top of you. AC worked great. All the amenities of home. Bottled water and enough coffee for 6 days in the kitchen. Nice fire pit and charcoal grill. Bed and couch very comfortable, which is very important. Close to downtown Berlin, a short drive to OC and Assateague state park.

Great Location, Close Driving Distance To Ocean City & Assateague

Wonderful place to stay for a family of 5.Very quiet location, very convenient, in close driving distance to downtown Berlin, grocery store, restaurants and tourist spots like Ocean City and Assateague Island. The house is very clean, has the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is a grill, picnic table and a fire pit. Charcoal for grilling is available and fire wood too. There is also a corn hole and some board games.For a day at the beach, there's a beach umbrella, two beach chairs and two lawn chairs. Plus, a wheel cart to carry everything in. There is a nice deck with chairs and table with umbrella. The house is also wheelchair accessible. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great time! We chose to stay at a house because we have some dietary restrictions that make eating out difficult, and the kitchen was well equipped for us to do cooking, keep leftovers, etc. I've stayed at many rentals that have a kitchen but not even salt or pans which is so frustrating. We had a great time and would stay again!

Great location not far from the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this family friendly getaway. Very clean, very easy to get to off of main roads & in a safe & quiet neighborhood. Had all the stuff we needed plus more. I would for sure stay again when we are in the area. Nice back deck to hang out on, even saw a Bald Eagle from back porch. How great is that? Great communication with the host too. THANKS!!

Another great stay!

Our second time at this wonderful rental. Cozy and clean. Great location- we love the little town of Berlin and it's so close to Ocean City. Host is very accommodating and communication has been great! I've no doubt we'll be back again.

Great place to stay with family

Great place to stay with family. Close to Ocean City and Assateague. The house was clean, and had everything we needed and didn't know we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
