family getaway home

great place to have a family gethering as we live in deferent places. Close to parks but also great to enjoy the property itself, the clubhouse and pool as well.

Beautiful stay

I had a great experience with this rental. Everything was in order. The cleanliness was very good. Everything was very close by from the house. I would definitely recommend this company you would not be disappointed.

4 adults 1 teen. Enough room. Kitchen needed a few more essentials such as more pots as we typically cook a few dinners during our stays. More towels would have been nice and pool towels too.

Disney vacation

I loved how much space this townhome had. It’s about 20 minutes to DisneyWorld. I would recommend purchasing your own garbage bags and dish soap, and anything else you may need, as this property does not supply these items. The communication between the property owners was great. It was a nice place to stay.

The house was nice. The neighborhood was a problem. The people that rented the house next to us had house parties every night. Loud music, wall shaking base blaring until 4 am every night. We complained to property manager they said sorry, we are not responsible for the neighbors. We complained the second night to security gate, called the police too. They came out and checked the house. The party moved outside onto the street and my family was left dealing with the noise on the street outside our bedroom window now, and afraid of retaliation. We wouldn't stay here again.

Security

Security and communication was an issue. Upon checking in someone from the management team walked into the house without knocking. Multiple cars and a house were broken into and robbed. Security did not take any action or even come to the property to investigate before cops were called. This was our second stay at the resort and we are extremely disappointed

Clean and beautiful

For the most part we enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean and it is beautiful. We had problems with the check in. Our flight was delayed and we did not get into Orlando until 11 at night. When we arrived at the office the lock box was empty. I called the emergency line and they emailed me the address and the code to the property. The gate code did not work, they did not tell me that I had to check in at the Guard shack in order for the gate to work. Once we were there the internet and TV did not work. We called but they were not able to fix this until the day we were going home. It was hard not having internet with 3 teenagers in the house. Overall it was good but there are a few things that needed better communication.

Great Disney Trip!

Very nice and clean townhouse. We enjoyed the pool and additional space. Pros: clean, well decorated, new, pool, community pool and amenities, easy checking, park right in front of location. Cons: distance/traffic to the parks (30 minutes), lack of privacy in 1st floor bedroom and bathroom. Install blinds.

Great stay

Nice and clean unit! Plenty of space for our whole Family. So nice to have 3 KING bedrooms. Only thing we is in the downstairs master bedroom, the higher windows do not have window coverings…. Also there is a window in the master shower downstairs that isn’t covered so our neighbors could have a show if they wanted…. I’d suggest frosting that window. Also if it’s a busy week you WILL hear your neighbors in their pool and back patio and if they want to have a party late at night you will definitely feel like you are there . Other than that, it was A GrEat stay! Very clean and a great unit!

House was great…but location was not as listed

We booked to attend weekend event at ESPN Cemter which the listing said was 2 miles away. It was actually 6. The gate at the community was broken the entire time so our code never worked. The spa was freaking and when we called we’re told maintence would be there on Sat morning (2 days after check in)- they never came. No pool towels or information. About how to access the pool area..even after calling. Generally disappointied.

Good location to stay for Disney

We enjoyed staying at this house for the location. The only problem we had with it was the lack of enough towels for 10 people or blanket for the beds. We also had the people next door having a party and music was going until 2:00am. We reported it to the guard the next day and he said call them if it happens again and they would come over and tell them to stop.

Great property. Highly recommend!

The only issue was getting in the gate at night the code didn’t work. Also the address wouldn’t pull up on any maps or apps such as Uber. Property was very nice, clean, and accommodating.

Beautiful Townhome, hard to find

Check in was easy but they had the wrong resort in the packet and did not provide the correct resorts address because the address of the actual property doesnt come up in any GPS software (we tried them all). Even when I called about the address not being in the Solterra Resort that was in my packet and letting them know I have been driving around for awhile, they only offered, we’re sorry then sent me an email with no address to the correct Solara Resort where the house was located. We had to do some detective work to find that out. After that it was easy and the house was perfect, could use a non-glass front door for some privacy but not a deal breaker. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs and so is the laundry so if you have someone with mobility issues there is one master bedroom downstairs, you will probably have to do their laundry for them. Also, the pool is a splash pool, you will not be swimming laps - just keep that in mind. Had no problems with the neighborhood/neighbors

The townhouse was exceptional with 1 large bedroom on the bottom floor and 4 additional bedrooms on the second floor. There were also plenty of bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed the stay even though going up and down the stairs were not always easy after a long day at Disney World.

Nice but no closet space

Master bedroom closet was locked so we had no access to closet and there for no place to hang our clothes. The entire house only had 2 hangers with a total of 3 closets available for use. There was no iron or ironing board so this was frustrating as our clothes were wrinkled from being packed. House was clean and spacious. Paid for the pool to be heated and it was still not very warm.

Great Rental

We loved the property and the location. & the value was there! However, directions to the actual rental property are very bad..non existent & Google Maps doesn’t even know of these roads. That was very frustrating..got lost coming into the beginning of our rental. Communication about important things like that should be in a separate email with the email title stating what email is about. Same happened with checkout time .. and checkout instructions.. No dishwasher detergent starter pak/s. & not enough garbage bags for the garbage can & for the garbage take out instructions. Other than that, if these are improved…there would be NO complaints at all!!! Highly Recommend

Overall great stay

Pros - The property is exactly as described and perfect size for the 8 of us. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items for when we ate at home. Convenient driving distance to various parks. Cons - Property was a little difficult to find as the street address won't show up on GPS and the map they provided was for a different phase of the development. The front door was glass and there was no curtain or blinds so felt sort of exposed to people walking by being able to look in.

Good for stays that don’t involve a weekend

The house was decorated as portrayed in pictures. Beds were comfortable but not many pillow options and all the pillows were flat. There were just enough towels but not enough hand towels and face towels for the number of potential guests at this house. There wasn’t a lot of information about checkout procedures so we just did the best we could getting garbage removed and house in order. Our stay there was great during the week, but on Friday and Saturday night a house close by had loud parties. On Saturday night we awoke to men yelling angrily outside our bedroom window and then the police showed up to diffuse the situation (there were lots of people on the street right out in front of this home). They did manage to get the crowd to leave and the community quieted down, but a couple hours later a car came by blaring loud music and stopped near our house. A man started yelling and then raced away in the car (the car was loud). It was a bit scary staying on the main floor through all of that. I would not recommend staying here on a weekend and especially not with small kids.

I am putting my complaints here as there is no other place to put them The property to was very expensive not to have dish detergent, sponges, paper towel,cutting board, better pots and pans (very old), no garbage bags, 2 bathrooms were not that clean, that was not a pool, you could not swim in it, could of had better comfortable seating with pads in order to sit outside by the tiny pool. Also this site was a phase 2, and no one could find the place, not Uber, Instacart. We went thru so much hassle trying to give people the address. Also construction going on and very noisy with workers looking right into our place, well on the outside by the tiny pool. Our place was a bad location for this, but no one told use that construction was going on. Not enough towels for a five bedroom, what were we suppose to do it reuse the same towel again. Well I could go on more, but I am tired.

This place was perfect!! We could not have been happier. Plenty of room for 4 teens and two adults. Everyone had a blast and slept great. The place smells brand new!! We got spoiled and were disappointed when we got home!

Disney in July (what were we thinking?)

Property was nice, big and clean. Comfortable beds and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Clean bathrooms and plenty of towels. Nice W/D, also. Pool was fun for the kids. Biggest drawback and disappointment was the amount of trash and trash bags sitting around outside. Several times, we saw full bags of trash sitting in the streets. Also… DIRECTLY behind our unit they are building more units (literally 10 to 12 feet from our back patio). Was very loud and distracting (not to mention feeling like we were in a fishbowl when we were outside on patio). The unit could use some rugs inside the doors to wipe sandy feet plus some (more) bathroom rugs would be helpful. Also, you’ll need PhD in TV Electronics to figure out the multitude of remotes and TV options.
