Relax, unwind and enjoy this beautiful family holiday home on the waterfront, located in the Marina at Hindmarsh Island.
Whether you are sitting outside on one of the three levels or in one of the two living rooms this waterfront property does truly offer a sense of peace and relaxation. At night the view changes with the marina lighting adding yet another dimension. Wi-Fi and Linen Included.

The Space:
Ground Floor-
Family lounge room perfect space for the children to relax or even a second family to have their own living space downstairs.
Bedroom Two overlooking water with queen bed. Build in robes, side tables and lamps.
Bedroom Three with bunk beds and double bed. Build in robes, side table and lamp.
Main bathroom with a large bath, shower and toilet.
Separate powder room.
Laundry with lots of storage, washing machine and ironing board facilities.

Upstairs 1st floor –
Stunning open plan dining, kitchen and living area. Enjoy this stunning area with full Marina and water views – it is just breath taking.
Kitchen includes electric cooking, dishwasher, large double fridge/ freezer, microwave and coffee machine.
Large 10 seater dining table and chairs.
Lounge room with plenty of seating areas.
Glass sliding doors leading out onto the balcony overlooking the water with table and chairs.
Master bedroom with a Queen bed and a Large Walk in robe.
Two way ensuite off the Main bedroom with spa bath, shower and toilet.

Top floor -
Extended rooftop terrace with undercover outdoor kitchen and dining area. Relax on one of the sun lounges and read your book or just catch a few rays.
Stunning outdoor entertaining area with a large built in BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. At night try counting the many stars which hover over you on a clear balmy night.

Ducted heating and cooling throughout, monitored alarm system, mooring available to hire, access through the secure courtyard, double garaging and close to tennis court across the road.

Family Christmas getaway

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at this beautiful holiday home on the marina at Hindmarsh Island. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm and comfort. The views of the water from almost every level of the home were absolutely stunning, especially at night when the marina lights up. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel on holiday. The house is incredibly spacious and well-designed, with multiple living areas that made it ideal for two families. The bedrooms were comfortable, and well-equipped, especially the master with its spacious walk-in robe and ensuite. The whole house was spotless, warm (via ducted heating) with thoughtful touches like Wi-Fi, linen, and even a coffee machine provided - everything we needed for a stress-free stay.Location-wise, it was fantastic. A quick drive to the Islanders Tavern for dinner, and 6 minutes to the Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club where our children were competing. We also appreciated the secure garage.
