Spacious pet-friendly modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home situated on just under 1 acre of fully fenced land with panoramic sea views from the bluff all the way to the Coorong. What a great spot to sit back and relax and soak up being on holiday. Don’t forget to pack the wine!
The property has the following layout: Front formal living room with sweeping ocean views across the coast with plenty of seating areas to relax. There is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This area is light and bright!
There is new ducted & zoned reverse-cycle air conditioning. The property provides a fireplace and electric blankets on the main beds. The living area has plenty of seating, a wood-burning fireplace which is fabulous for winter, and a 65-inch TV mounted on the wall. The dining area seats 8 people and has access out to the side courtyard. The kitchen features an impressive breakfast bar with x4 bar stools, gas cooking, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and much more.
There is high-speed WiFi, and two TVs with access to streaming services including Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney + and Kayo (for sport).
The Main Bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in robe and an ensuite. Bedroom two has one lot of single bunk beds. Bedroom three has a queen size bed and built-in robes. Bedroom four has a king-size bed, walk-in robe and glass sliding doors out to the backyard. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Glass sliding doors open out onto the rear patio, which is a perfect indoor-outdoor entertaining area, surrounded by gardens. This area has an outdoor table setting for 8 guests as well as a BBQ. There is plenty of parking at the property, and the garage is available for guests to park in.

The bedding configuration (sleeps 6 adults and 2 children):
• Bedroom 1: Queen (sleeps 2)

• Bedroom 4: King (sleeps 2)
The property has no reverse cycle heating, only the fireplace and electric blankets on the main beds.
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.
The house and courtyard areas are fully fenced. The rear paddock (approx 3/4 acre) is newly fully fenced with a height of 1.5m at its lowest point. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.
Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
