The Space:
Top of the Hill is located literally, on top of the hill, Dare Street, Ocean Grove. Only 30 metres to the main shopping strip and a couple of hundred metres to the main beach. Once you arrive there will be no need to jump in your car the entire trip.

The apartment itself is a a two bedrooms unit. Main with queen bed and 2nd bedroom with king single and a standard single bed accomodating u p to 4 guests in total. There is 1.5 bathroom to support the bedrooms which includes a separate shower, bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped with electric hot plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, sandwich maker and coffee machine, to cater for holiday and week-end stays. The living area includes 65 inch TV, CD and DVD player, surround sound, gas log fire/heater and split system air conditioning for cooling.
River and sea views are visible from the balcony which includes a shelf/bar to sit and enjoy the view for happy hour. The laundry functionally includes washing machine. The unit is well furnished and fitted out with comfort in mind and a great place to relax and enjoy an extended holiday or a short week-end stay. It is unpretentious and allows for an affordable holiday in a beach side hotspot typically known for the high nightly rates.

There is space for one car off-street in front of the garage door. All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Just remember to bring along beach towels!

Ocean Grove is known as a beach side suburb that is family friendly. You are also only 15 – 20 minutes from Torquay, Geelong, Pt. Lonsdale, Queenscliffe, St. Leonards, Portarlington, Indented Head, Geelong Adventure Park, Red Brick Cider House, Olive Groves and Wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Park your car and walk everywhere, or take the car and explore the Bellarine Peninsula. This is a magic location with lovely relaxing views.
