Excellent Location

We took our daughter and her friends to PCB for Spring Break. This condo was absolutely perfect for our group. It’s towards the middle of the strip of condos so the beach wasn’t over populated by guests from neighboring high rises. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again in the future.

New Year stay

Great location, place could use a little touch ups and carpet cleaning, master bedroom was warm but faced the sun, so I guess that can’t be helped. However, we had a good time there. Right on beach.

Great place

Good spot. Near attractions but not right in the middle of the action. A little noisy but attribute it to bike week. Overall great place. Pet friendly.

The condo is in dire need of TLC. Very dirty carpet on the stairs with lots of stains; rug in the living room area had crumbs on it in front of the sofa on our initial entry. What I thought was a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for my 86 year old handicapped Mom was actually a garage that had been converted into a bedroom with steps down. This place is definitely not handicap accessible! Lots of things need to be updated in order to charge 2500 for a week at this place. Very disappointing to say the least!

Lovely vacation using Ben’s beach homes.

We chose this unit because of the managements swift replies to multiple inquiries. Offered everything that was advertised. Will be checking for same unit again next year!

Fowler Football Family Vacation

My step son plays in a football tournament at Panama City Beach each year. My family and i (including our fur family), really enjoyed our stay. The beach side deck and access to the beach was great. We were literally steps away from sand, from the door to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and the townhome was very clean. We would definitely make this our go to rental, in the future. Be blessed!

The rooms were Dirty. Floors were dirty. The beds dirty . Lot of stuff was broken holes in the wall

Won't rent this place again . They need to do a lot up grade

Great location but needs maintenance

We enjoyed our stay and the property managers were very responsive. BUT the property itself is in desperate need of maintenance and updating . We likely won’t rent this unit again unless it’s updated. There are much nicer properties available in this price range.

Beachside Unit 8

Wonderful location, even with all the road construction, great views and good neighborhood access for walking our dog. Property is rundown and was not properly cleaned. Furniture covers were heavily stained, living room recliner is broken down, windows don’t open, screen on storm door was shredded and never repaired even tho we requested more than once. Found moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker, gas grill was out of gas and starter wasn’t operational…….even had to get stairway carpets shampooed they were so heavily stained. Bathrooms are in poor shape - overall, very disappointing unit as photos don’t tell the story…..but a beautiful beach.

Premium Location doesn’t outweigh poorly maintained property

The location is great, with a simple walk outside straight into the beach and beautiful ocean. Unfortunately it is a mental battle to enjoy that due to the state of the property. The floor between the kitchen and living area is broken and dips dangerously each time you step on it. One of the plug outlets was hanging off in the kitchen. Apart from those safety issues the property was not very clean and is extremely dated. The owners didn’t even bother to put lipstick on this pig!

Right on the beach!

This property was very nice. My only complaint is there was only king bed even though listing says 2. All other beds were queens/or double. We were literally steps from the water which was so convenient for us as a family with small kids, one being autistic. Getting in and out of the place was a breeze thanks to a red light at the entrance, and it is just about across the road from a Winn Dixie which was a lifesaver! Will definitely reserve for next year’s family trip!

Nice place to stay in PCB

We enjoyed our stay at Beachside #8. The location was perfect. Close to lots of activities but not in the middle of town. Our beach was way less packed than the condos next to us. Which made for a nice time. The view was perfect! The oceanfront was very convenient to walk out the back door and onto the beach. The deck with a table and seating was also perfect to have! We did have a few complaints, there was only one king size bed, not two. We even called to verify this before our stay, but when we arrived we were very disappointed. The dishwasher didn’t do the best job either, which was frustrating to have to keep rewashing the dishes. Overall, it was a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone! It served the purpose we needed it for and was very spacious too.
