Stunning 4 brdm/4 bath right on the beach! Enjoy the beautiful emerald waters and white sand beaches from this gorgeous townhome! We have carefully decorated this home with coastal décor and wonderful custom furnishings. Just added PACMAN arcade game (multiple games).There are three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main level. All bedrooms have a king bed and a private bathroom (main level bedroom bath is just outside door). Laundry is in the townhome between the bedrooms upstairs. Townhouse includes granite countertops (kitchen, wet bar, baths), stainless steel appliances, upper and lower Trex decks with cable railing, Hardy siding, Marazzi wood plank tile, HDTVs with Netflix, custom coastal furniture and decor, custom headboards, washer/dryer, shiplap, and much more! A new shower system on the back deck was just added. There is both a coffeemaker & Keurig. The location is perfect as it is nestled between the gulf and Signal Hill Golf Course on a quiet street. Pineapple Willys and many other restaurants and attractions are nearby. Legendary Pier Park is just 5-10 minutes away along with all the restaurants and attractions Panama City Beach is famous for. We do allow well behaved dogs as we are dog lovers and there is a perfect path along the golf course to go for a long stroll. The beach and sunsets are truly breathtaking from this townhome! We want everyone who stays at our beach home to enjoy it as much as we do as we are committed to doing everything we can to make your experience a memorable one. There is one step up to enter townhome and one step down into main level bedroom for guests with difficulty with steps. ****NOTE: We have purchased 4 gulf front 1 bedroom/1 bath condos within walking distance to Pier Park. The units have been completely remodeled to similar specifications of Emerald Seascape. Contact us for details.

Fabulous place that is kid & pet friendly! Pleasantly surprised that the townhouse had beach toys, board games, kitchen complete stocked, gas grill with propane tank, beach chairs, & beach towels.The inside decor had fun bright colors & distressed beach decor. The large patio & deck had the most beautiful view!

Very thoughtfully decorated beach house with extra care of things for pets . Beach access was easy . And close to some of the best PCB has to offer . Loved our time here …. Will definitely come back here soon .

We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed and some things we didn't even expect. It was a lovely condo with great access to the beach and all the fun stuff in PC. The host was phenomenal!

Pictures are accurate and the owners, Jeff and Jill, are super responsive. The beach is right out the back door and is a beautiful area! Plenty of space for our group of 12 including grandkids. Lots of seating inside and on the deck. It was clean enough, but could use a very thorough cleaning and a little maintenance; a refresh of some furnishings and the beach chairs is needed. But, for the cost and location, we are happy with our stay and would consider coming back!

2025 Pendley Family Vacation

It was fabulous! Right on beach so we didn’t have to deal with elevators for 12 people. Walking distance to Pineapple Willie’s. Beach area way more private. King beds in all 4 bedrooms with each own bathroom…perfect for us, our 3 daughters, husbands and children…

The beach is amazing! Just a few steps from the back porch.

We had a great time on the beach and doing a few excursions. A few things annoyed us tho. The code I was given for the front door didn't work. Thankfully the host was responsive and was able to give a new code quickly. The main bathrooms vanity is very low, which made bending over to use it uncomfortable. Also, the main shower drains slowly. We did rinse off on the patio before coming in the TH. Hubby had to use the toilet plunger on it twice. Ran out of TP in 4 days! Not enough for 7 adults and 5 kids. Kitchen: The first time we used the garbage disposal, it didn't work. No power, no clog, just an old dead disposal. Host had it replaced the next day, which was good, but the plumber didn't put anything away. Only one roll of paper towel, description of property doesn't include paper towels, so I guess we were lucky to get one. We found the fridge too small for our group. We weren't able to have many LaCroix's cold during the week. Patio: 1 of the umbrellas and several of the folding chairs are in various degrees of disrepair. My husband has a bad back, so he was uncomfortable using adirondack chairs. The back patio door is very difficult to open. Location: beach is great, but the townhome is behind some sort of junk recycling building. There were a few guys during the week that dug through the dumpster, which is behind a fence, but you're able to see it. Just too many small issues that affected our relaxing vacation stay to want to come back.

Family Getaway

This was a perfect townhouse for four couples. We were impressed how stocked the place was with essentials, like detergent/dryer sheet, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, towels, beach chairs, garbage bags, and so much more! The hosts are kind and gracious and the location right on the beach was amazing! We had a nice time!

Great location

This cute townhouse sits directly on beach. The host was very responsive and friendly providing us with numerous places to eat and things to do during our stay. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly need if you wanted to stay in for a quiet evening and cook. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the view was amazing.

Good beach stay

I got a good deal since it was marked down when I booked. The owners are very friendly and communicative. They have an assortment of appliances. Prime beach location. The deck is lovely. Looks brand new. They have a good cleaner. I found the bed very comfortable ( I sleep on my side/shoulder). There is a lot of seating in the dining area. The location is pretty perfect. It was very clean. There are a lot of little things that need addressing maintenance wise that would make it feel so much more fresh.(Big Crack in paint in master bedroom, repainting over what looked like a small drywall fix in master bedroom, a shelf in fridge is broken, ect ) It was odd that the owner used 2 of the master bedroom closets as locked owners closets. The pillows are -without exaggeration- flat. Limp and flat lol. And there was a smell of fish or dog pee that came and went from the living room. The pathway to the beach needs a quick cut from a hedge trimmer . I think a lot of these things are easy fixes if the owner does a walk thru but I travel a lot so I noticed more than the average renter. Overall, we had a great time.

Great location to get to restaurants either direction, easy in and out as well. If we need a rental in PCB, we will check with Jeff and Jill on this unit for sure!

Great location and owner!

The townhouse is in an awesome location and the beach is so close. The owner is incredibly responsive and kind - we needed a toilet replaced due to a sudden issue and he made it happen on a Saturday. The house is a bit run down and shows wear but is fully stocked. Great deal for the price and location.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. Close to different attractions and restaurants. Couldn't beat the view and the location of being right on the beach! Was able to let the kids run on the beach and stay at the house and watch them. The house was clean and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom.

I consider the white beaches and turquoise waters of Panama City Beach to be the most breathtaking in the US. There are so many things to do in Panama City Beach and endless wonderful restaurants. This townhome was everything we have been looking for and more!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with this townhome the moment we saw it! The layout is perfect for families with kids or several couples to enjoy. It is amazing to walk out your back door right onto the beach! Very close to everything, but tucked away off the busy roads (Front Beach Rd and Thomas Drive). Walmart is 3 minutes away for food and various supplies.
