So much, So Close - Nestled in the Berkshires, a getaway to Jiminy Peak offers everything you need, so close to home. Spend less time traveling and more time on the slopes during the winter or enjoying the thrills and challenges of Mountain Adventure in the summer season. When your day is done, take a short walk back to your room to relax before heading to dinner at one of our on site restaurants. Jiminy offers all that you need in a resort experience – lodging, dining, shopping and an array of activities and entertainment.

Explore the surrounding region and discover the cultural attractions, restaurants, outdoor activities and more that make the Berkshires the perfect getaway in any season. Jiminy is close to many of the region’s most popular locations including the Normal Rockwell Museum, Hancock Shaker Village, Tanglewood and so much more. Or simply park your car and enjoy all that Jiminy offers right here on property including day and night skiing in the winter and Mountain Adventure in the summer.


Lodging accommodations:


All-suites. Every room is non-smoking, includes cable TV and a DVD player, and is maximized for space and comfort.

WiFi: Available throughout the Country Inn.
Master bedroom: king-size bed, flat-screen TV.

Living room: Queen-sized sleep sofa with memory foam, flat screen TV, club armchair.
Kitchen: Microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery.
Bathroom: Separate entries from Master and Living Room, and his/her vanities.

We stayed here 13 years ago and the campus has seen many improvements. The part we stayed in - the Inn - is comfortable but dated. They need better food options on campus.

Pros: Cleanliness, great family space for more than 4, surprisingly comfortable sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, Tavern Restaurant onsite, Mountain Adventure Park onsite especially the alpine slide, close to Mount Greylock. Cons: long walk to the room down long hallways, outdoor hot tub not hot enough, facilities showing some age, dishwasher didn't seem to work, restaurant wasn't open when we expected it to be(this is the reason I gave online accuracy 3 stars).

We were in the area to visit a family member. This hotel seemed to be in a good location. As it turned out, our initial visit stop changed and was further than we thought, so the location wasn't as ideal as I'd hoped. Overall the hotel seems kind of run down and a little dirty. It looks like some work is being done on the place, so maybe it will improve.

Great location for exploring western Massachusetts and Eastern New York

It is a typical ski resort with some cool summer attractions added. The unit we stayed in was a one bedroom, and was quite comfortable and met our needs. I gave it 4 starts for cleanliness due to finding many dishes had been put away dirty and I had to wash them before using. I imagine if a previous guest put dishes away dirty the cleaning crew may not have realized that, but I wanted too mention it.

Jiminy Peak stay

Our visit was ok. Not sure if unavailability of different facilities was due to COVID or not ready for summer season yet such as restaurant which was right outside our room. Our keys were deactivated before our checkout time and the elevator was out of order so one of us had to stay in room until all of our belongings were out. Room was adequate but the hallway smelled musty. We will stay at Jiminy speak again but not sure if in this facility.

A little tired

Nice grounds, part of Jiminy Peak so xlose, but the dorbishings are a little tired and in need of updating. We had a steip of veneer missing drom the coffee table, an old mattress on the king bed, under-counter frig with a freezer door that would not dully close so the freezer is stuffed with frost and an ice-cube tray that is badly cracked and given to leaking. All this is nothing major but cosmetic items that point to a lack of recent unvestment. The staff were great.

Update please

Rooms are in desperate need of a modern update. Bed was worn out. TV was broken. Couch is very narrow. Fridge/freezer combo is smaller than a dorm room unit. No pet policy IS NOT ENFORCED.
