We’re sorry this beachside spot didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to provide a little context for future guests, as this is a very affordable, direct-beachfront one-bedroom condo, and some of the feedback reflects the realities of a coastal property. The sofa bed is a new addition by the owner and is provided as an extra sleeping option, although we are transparent that we do not recommend it as a primary sleeping surface. Freshly laundered linens are provided, but we intentionally do not add fragrances to laundry because many guests have sensitivities and allergies. We’ve never previously had a guest report an airflow issue to the bedroom, so we’re sorry to hear you experienced that and will certainly have our team take a look. Perhaps the vent was closed in the bedroom? That said, during the peak of a hot Gulf Coast summer, humidity and condensation are part of our coastal environment as well. As for the ceiling and bed, we pass along your feedback to this home's owner. We’re sorry this particular stay wasn’t quite the right fit for you. Thank you for allowing us to host you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad you loved the location. Being directly on the beach is hard to beat! We appreciate the feedback on noise as well. In multi-level beachfront properties, some sound transfer can happen, especially during busy island weekends. We're sorry the folks above were louder ones, darn it. Regarding the water, it is supplied by the village's municipal water system, and the quality is consistent with what’s typical for this area. We do wish it was of better quality for all our guests' sake. As for carting anything up those stairs, it definitely qualifies as a workout and especially leg day.
