We’re steps from the bus stop. Five minutes to Richmond Centre and the Canada Line — downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes. Less than 10 minutes by car to YVR airport. Perfect for early flights, late arrivals, and everything in between.

We have a small, friendly, non-shedding dog. He might bark when you first arrive (give him two minutes), then he’ll probably try to get you to play ball. Most people with fur allergies do just fine around him.
We don’t use pesticides. Nature occasionally finds its way in — if that bothers you, this might not be your place.
We’re more guest-house / farmhouse than traditional BnB, with hostel-level prices and zero pretension. Clean, safe, convenient, and genuinely budget-friendly. Integrate with the household or keep to yourself — no pressure either way.
