Do you enjoy being away from the hustle & bustle? Teal Lake #2211 is located in the gated community of Tidewater located in the northern part of North Myrtle Beach. This golf course community has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and is only minutes to the ocean. This first floor condo has been updated with new flooring, new kitchen countertops & appliances. There are large flat screen TVs in all of the rooms along with new furniture. The master bedroom has a queen and a twin bed for your sleeping arrangements and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. The master bathroom has double sinks so there is plenty of space for everyone. | The screened in porch has plenty of seating and is so relaxing. You can listen to the water trickling from the fountain in the pond. The pool area is a short walk away too.

Beautiful home

Teal lake is a beautiful location. The house was very clean and neat a secure neighborhood everyone was friendly and very helpful I would definitely book at this location again.

2211 Teal Lake needs some love!

Place is a little worn and sad, it needs some love. Still do not understand the bed arrangement. Electric lock did not work one evening and had to get a battery to jump the lock so we could get in better 12:30 am, wasn’t too confident in management team solving the problem.

Thanks for your feedback and review. We will pass your suggestions on to the owner. As far as the lock, the battery needed to be changed and since it was the middle of the night, we did give you instructions on how to get in until we were able to get there. We were on our way to the property to help when you called that you got in. We are always available to our guests and are able to help with any situation.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the positive:Good location, first floorExcellent linens and bath towels and plenty of them. Needed a few more dish towels. Nice kitchen appliances, nice granite counter top, nice cabinets, bathrooms were cleanThe not so good:It needs some love and I understand it's a rental and they get abused. It needs a GOOD cleaning as far as the blinds, the lampshades, the chandelier, the glass tables.Did mention the floors being dirty (my socks were black) and a cleaner who was very nice came out and recleaned the floors. Owner was super nice once we got in touch, very helpful.Overall, the location for me trumps the negatives.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This could have been a lovely experience, had I not spent 3 hours cleaning the condo upon arrival, and if the property had been maintained regularly. There were no cleaning products, the floors left our feet/socks pitch black, there was no working vacuum cleaner or mop to clean up daily, bathrooms were dirty, stained/soiled towels, mold on shower curtains and shower curtain liners (we purchased new liners), dusty plants/accessories, walls & cabinets were stained and soiled, horrible odor from kitchen sink.

Tidewater Golf Plantation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was fantastic! It was super easy to book and no complications on arrival day. The condo was an excellent location, but needed a lot of TLC. We had to buy light bulbs since 3 out of 4 bulbs in the bathroom were burned out. We also had to buy hangers because the closets only had 2! The mirror in the master bathroom was held up with 2 pieces of black duct tape! Whoever the cleaning company is needs a refresher course. Bathrooms need a deep clean.
