Din familie vil nyde alt, hvad de hvide bjerge har at tilbyde. Bare et par minutter til StoryLand. Lige overfor Black Mountain Ski Area, og kun få minutter fra flere andre skiområder. North Conway ligger kun 15 min væk for god shopping og spisning. Vores hyggelige store loghus er perfekt til familier.

5 soveværelser 2 badeværelser log hjem med udsigt over sort bjerg. Den familievenlige Shovel Handle Pub er lige rundt om hjørnet for god mad og underholdning.

12 sovepladser (8 voksne og 4 børn) 4 Queens, 3 Single (køjer), trille og en ny krybbe. Fire soveværelser ovenpå og et soveværelse nedenunder. Nedenunder soveværelse er en dronning med kabel-tv, fantastisk til bedstemor og bedstefar!

Can't beat the peacefulness & view

There were 6 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler & 1 English Springer Spaniel. Plenty of space for privacy. We all loved sitting out on the front porch to relax while the kids and dog played in the spacious yard. Area is quiet with a great pub down the road in walking distance. It was our 2nd year renting here and we plan on coming back next year.

Jackson, NH getaway

This rustic log cabin was perfect for our group of six adults, two two year olds and an infant. It was so relaxing to sit by the fireplace after our days of exploring this beautiful setting. Thank you, we hope to return!

Great place to chill

Beautiful log cabin and location. Plenty of room for us 7 adults we were all very comfortable. Rooms are big and beds we all agreed were very comfortable. Coffee on the front porch was peaceful and a beautiful view. Cant wait to try it out in the winter.

Hiking crew finds second home ♥️

This is the second time we've stayed at the property. The place is marvelous. Very spacious, plenty of room beautiful views, great hosts. It's a must if your staying in Jackson.

Cozy

The cabin was so comfortable and cozy. Beautiful mountain views and a great location for Black Mountain skiing. We so much appreciated vacationing with our two amazing pups too. Thank you, we will definitely be booking with you again!

Great ski house

This house is magical! It is the perfect ski house. It has wonderful character and the owners are very attentive and gracious. Can’t wait to come back!

Great kick off to Summer

Ian and Katie's cabin was perfect for our family, 6 adults 4 kids (1 through 7) and small pup. Plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoy sitting on front porch both in the morning and evening, very peaceful. Close to Storyland and all the great hiking trails we love. Would highly recommend this family cabin!

September getaway

We booked this property for ourselves with our two grown children and their spouses, and the family good dog, and had a wonderful, peaceful respite in the mountains. The cabin is very spacious, the beds are quite comfortable, and the kitchen well-appointed.This cabin did not disappoint!

Black Mountain

Our family and friends had a wonderful vacation..the cabin was perfect! Big enough for all of us to be together or find a quiet spot to be alone! The guys skied and the girls shopped…the views around the cabin were beautiful! Hoping to enjoy this spot again.

Great family weekend!

Loved our stay. House was big and comfortable for our 3 small families. Location is beautiful, a stones throw from Black Mtn ski area where we spent two days on the slopes. The Mountain Views are gorgeous. TV’s in every room with streaming services meant all were entertained yet enough space to find a quiet corner with a view to read a book. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome view and great place to relax!!!

Great location! We went for a girls weekend, we had plenty of room to stretch out. Sitting out on the deck hearing the brook and looking at the mountain was so relaxing! "Yesterday's" was a great place for breakfast (went there twice). Flossies and Ravenwood were great places to shop. Loved it, we would stay there again!

Clean, comfortable and spacious

This home was a perfect retreat for my extended family to spend the holidays together! The living room is very large with plenty of comfortable seating and a beautiful fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable with lots of fresh pillows. The kitchen has nice newer appliances, plenty of plates and cups but could use a few more items like cookie sheets and cutting boards...minor things like that. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Most importantly to me was that the home was very clean! The hosts were very communicative, even checking in after our first night to ask if we needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family getaway to Story Land

The log cabin was just as listed. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of room for our family of seven plus two small children to spread out! The house is private with a beautiful lawn to play on. The hosts were very responsive when we needed to reach out to them. We would stay here again for our next trip to Story Land and Santa’s Village.

Cozy Cabin with a Great Location

We, 5 adults and 2 small dogs, stayed here for a wedding weekend. I honestly wish we had booked more nights for our trip! The house was amazing, with plenty of BIG beds, bathrooms on both floors, and a nice big kitchen to cook in. We all agreed we should rent this place again. The house is a short drive away from shopping, food, and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful to deal with as well, very nice and quick to respond if we had any questions.

Family Get Together

We had a wonderful time at your log home! It was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Love that we were a very short drive to ski Black Mnt, and the views are amazing! The kids (and husband) had a blast sledding in the yard. Katie was terrific! Thanks, Betsy

Everything we expected and more!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dundee Cabin - large enough for all the family and friends to be comfortable, nice furnishings and well-stocked kitchen. Evenings by the fire after skiing or playing outdoors in the snow. Mornings in the kitchen watching the sunrise reflected on the mountains. Perfect!

Great space.

Excellent space. Excellent location. Could have been more cutlery and dishes for 10 people. Lighting in The house was dark. Especially the first 2 days when there was no sun.😊

Beautiful Jackson, NH Cabin

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ian and Kate's Jackson, NH cabin. Kate was incredibly responsive and understanding when we had last-minute issue come up and thought we may need to cancel. She offered us another week, but we ended up being able to keep our original reservation time. The cabin was homey and welcoming and provided a great deal of space for 6 adults and 2 dogs. We loved the family room and enjoyed gathering there, while having a fire going. We loved the area also and look forward to returning soon!

Yearly White Mountain Family Getaway

This is a wonderful house for a large family(7 nights). It accommodated 6 adults, 1-infant & 2 grandchildren age 3 & 6 easily. The views and peacefulness are outstanding. We spent a lot of time on the porch. The grandchildren loved the yard. Plenty of room to run around and play with trucks/tractors. We were concerned with the hot humid summer but there are lots of windows with what seemed limitless breezes. There are fans everyone but we rarely needed them. If TV is your thing they do have TV's in all rooms with endless channels. We never had any issues but the owners reach out to check in and there is some local information attached to the refrigerator. This is a great house for large families.

Just Perfect!

Our family had a great time in this beautiful home! A log cabin was a first for us and we loved it. Many mornings and evenings spent on the lovely front porch. I have older teens and the times when they just sit on a porch and talk to me are priceless, and we had many of those times:) Location was great- far enough and close enough! Best of both worlds. House was impeccably clean and the kitchen well equipped, and the large center island made family breakfast easy! One evening we walked to the Shovel Handle Pub at the base of Black Mt. it was a nice walk. They even had bowls for our dog (who also loved the porch) Katie was a pleasure to deal with and she really made the whole process very easy. We couldn’t be happier and already can’t wait for next year!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!!

Brilliant house, great location + attentive owner

We stayed in Jackson, NH for an entire week and 1 extra day during Thanksgiving 2014. The house is very comfortable and well taken care of. We had everything we needed (and yes, we brought our linens and towels, but it was not a big deal). By the way, our sat-Nav (gps) went to the right location on the first attempt. The location was perfect, the fireplace came in handy after 6 inches of snow, and because the house is so well taken care of, it felt like home! The owner, Katie, went above and beyond, and had left everything we would need for the snow storm, and even surprised us arranging plowing for the driveway after the storm. Very thoughtful! Thanks! We would highly recommend the house and the location. It's great in winter and I can imagine it is also nice in summer/spring. The Shovel Handle pub near by, was another great surprise with honest good food and live music. Super!

Ian and Katie both grew up spending holidays and weekends in the White Mountains with their families. They have wonderful childhood memories of the White Mountains. When Ian and Katie met in 2003 they realized they both shared the love for the mountains and would spend every Columbus Day weekend at the Lazy Dog Inn in Chocorua. They would also meet Katie's father at the Sandwich Fair, which Katie has been going to since she was born. 'It's where my mom would buy our mittens for that winter' Both had the dream of someday owning a house in the Mountains.

After much research and several day trips driving to the White Mountains, they fell in love with Jackson. Tucked away from the hussel and bussel of North Conway, but yet close enough to not feel so isolated - it was perfect! They looked at a few houses in Jackson, but this house was the last one and it was just a 'back up' in case the others didn't suit their needs. The minute Ian and Katie entered the house they fell in love. Although it needed a little TLC they were certain it was the one.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The house is cozy yet large enough to suit two - three families comfortably. The Reardon's love sharing their home with other families. 'When I decorate the house, I have them in mind. I really want to give our guests a cozy mountain like feel.
