The ultimate family entertainer! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Perfect for 1-2 Families, spacious property inside & out, bay views, indoor outdoor living, full outdoor kitchen & dining area, swimming pool, pool cabana with fridge & Bluetooth speakers. 2 seperate living spaces plus playroom, landscaped gardens. 5 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms sleeping 13, open plan living overlooking the pool and grounds.

Entry to this property is behind secure electric gates, first up you will see the large solar heated swimming pool complete with cabana, bluetooth speakers, fridge and lounge chairs.
Entering the home downstairs there is a huge rumpus room/gym with table tennis table, exercise bike, rowing Machine, yoga mat, kettle bells, bar fridge, tv, air conditioner/heating, couch with stacker doors leading out to the pool area.
Downstairs also has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a laundry/kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, full fridge and freezer and coffee pod machine.
At the rear of the property is the kids playroom with a fold out sofa to sleep 2, leading to the outsid kids play area.
Upstairs to the open plan living area with a wrap around balcony to enjoy the magnificent bay views!
Large lounge room with gas log fire place, kitchen with everything you need, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a powder room.

Master Bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite (Upstairs)
Second Bedroom with Queen size bed (upstairs)
Third Bedroom is a nursery with cot and Double Bed (upstairs)
Fourth Bedroom has 2 single beds (Down stairs )
Fifth Bedroom with Double Bed (downstairs)
All bed linen and towels are provided, you will be required to bring pool/beach towels.

A very family friendly home with a large area for kids, a playground, trampoline, sandpit, wii gaming console, DVD player and Netflix. Cots, porta cots, highchairs, toys and books are also available.
Other features include 2 x coffee pod machines, wifi, netflix, air conditioners in every bedroom, floorboards and tiles throughout, bbq,

Big Fat Family Holiday

We had the most amazing time, the house had something for every member of our combined families, the kids were entertained just as much as the adults… from the toys, to the playground, trampoline, table tennis & the pool, you really didn’t need to leave the house, and we rarely did! The location is stunning, a short walk to the private beach & down Oliver’s Hill to grab a coffee, such a gorgeous walk around the neighbourhood. We absolutely loved it :)

Resort Living For All Age Groups!

Our group of 8 adults and 3 children stayed 8 days in this lovely property. All rounder holiday house boasting unrivalled location close to the beach and town centre! Pictures dont do justice for this amazing home. As you drive through the long wide driveway, you will be awed by the swimming pool at the front and modern facade of the home. This house is catered for big groups and all age groups which includes a huge swimming pool, cubby house, sand pit, swing, trampoline, huge backyard, ping pong table, bar, adults room, kids play room). All of the bedrooms and 2 main bathrooms are huge whilst the additional third bathroom and additional kitchenette downstairs are functional as we have newborns in our group. We also like that we can access the living and kitchen upstairs directly from the side stairs through the balcony. We spent a lot of time in the solar heated pool and the cabana is an added bonus to shade from the sun. The main public beach and bonus secluded beach are within walking distance (water is crystal clear)! The town centre will fulfill all of your grocery needs and plenty of dining options if you prefer to dine out. Charmaine is quick to respond and attends to our pre-arrival requirements effectively. There is not much to fault on this property but I would suggest that you read the handbook for extra information and checkout procedures! Will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you for the lovely stay!
