Great location for tourists
This is a spacious 3 bedroom upstairs condo with a full size kitchen. There is 1 tv in the front room. The condo is simply decorated and easy to maintain with the floors only needing to be swept to clean. It's a comfortable condo, the air conditioning works well and there are also ceiling fans. The barest minimum of supplies are included so if you're staying less than a week you're covered.
I enjoyed staying here but there are a few things that should be included in the listing:
This is Not a keyless entry ~ there is a lockbox on the front door frame which holds the key.
This unit faces the street and it is a continuously busy street with a ton of traffic ~ as well as a fire station just a block down the street and those trucks run their sirens (as they should) every time they leave which turns out to be around 7 to 8 times a day, all day long. It is very very noisy.
There are no instructions regarding the smart tv or the internet. I called the manager and he was able to find the information I needed but there should be something written up for guests left in the unit so guests don't have to call the manager for this. There are also no instructions on how to get into the pool area with the key card ~ which I found behind the tv area.
The cooking utensils and supplies were very minimal ~ 1 small saucepan and 1 small fry pan. No measuring cups, no baking dishes, no cooking supplies. I booked the condo for a month so I bought everything at a local grocery store. If guests are planning on a long stay they should be advised they will need to furnish even the basics such as cooking spray, salt and pepper, vegetable oil, dish soap, cleaning supplies, etc.
The condo really needs an all over deep cleaning, it doesn't look like it's had one for quite some time.
All in all the place is in a great location for tourists as it is near tons of shopping, outlet malls, grocery stores, restaurants. I was there for work and it is a good 35-40 minute drive to McCarran International Airport ~ with toll roads.
