Overcharged
My review is no so much on the home itself as it is the booking agency. We paid the full amount at the time of booking. This was a longer stay as it was for a business trip. We noticed that our credit card kept getting charged monthly. We caught it right away, and the first 2 times it happened we were refunded. After that, there was a larger amount and it happened a couple more times. The company stopped responding and will not refund our money. They owe us over $8000 and no one will return phone calls, emails or anything. Beware of renting this property or renting with Vacation USA through VRBO. We've been fighting this since October of last year and still nothing. Now they are trying to say "Sorry, that property manager went out of business". Not sure how this is acceptable business practices.
