Nestled at the back of a local golf course, the community also features a pool for relaxing afternoons and leisurely summer days.

Inside, the home is elegantly furnished with comfortable touches throughout, creating a welcoming and stylish retreat. Modern amenities include new flat-screen TVs with DVD players and a Bose music station, providing entertainment and relaxation for the whole family. With its prime location, spacious layout, and thoughtful amenities, this townhome delivers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for an unforgettable vacation.. Rehoboth Getaway

This property was just as it was listed. The house was clean and very spacious. It was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location was great not far from the beach and located near the main roadway for food and entertainment.

Great rental unit

Great rental property. Spacious and clean. Unit was stocked with things you normally forget to bring which was thoughtful of the owners. pool was awesome

Nice and Quite

Property was as advertised. This is the second time staying in this complex. It is very convenient to everything, not more than a 15 minute drive to boardwalk and Lewes. Only complaint would be the shrubbery outside door needed trimmed.

3rd bedroom

We had an great week at this property. We loved the pool and accessibility. We would love to stay again if the queen bed in the 3rd floor bedroom gets replaced it was very uncomfortable. We loved the kitchen tans living room area.

Labor Day Getaway

This townhome was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Community pool was a big plus. Location was in the middle of everything you could ask for (grocery stores, restaurants, about 10 mins from either Rehoboth or Lewes beach, fun activities, outlet shopping and more). Would definitely stay here again if back in Rehoboth/Lewes.

Great rental property

I have been taking my family to Rehoboth for years and this is by far the best property we've rented. It was very clean and spacious. Close to shops and beach. The negative side is that if you don't live there you are definitely made to not feel welcomed by the neighborhood grumpy elderlys.

Clean and Spacious

This property had plenty of space for our entire family (3 adults, a child, and a newborn). Very clean and well maintained, and the community pool was an added bonus.
