Great place

My family and I had a great time in Branson. The condo was excellent for the 3 of us. It was big and very roomy. Very well stocked with baking and cooking items. The people in charge were very nice and helpful. I know where we will be staying for our next and any future trips to Branson.

Good & bad

Starting with the positives: the manager was very responsive, they accommodated us with a early check in that was very helpful! The space is large so it’s great for a family space wise, the main bathroom has a lot of space and lots of closets! They had coffee filters! And a well stocked kitchen. I loved the location. The porch is very nice and bright. The area felt safe and quiet. Negatives: there’s a very serious ant problem, do not leave anything out, like nothing! We bought donuts and by later that morning they were ants everywhere, our teen left a sofa next to his bed (for a few hrs)and also COVERED IN ANTS, I wish there had been a warning so we would have known to put EVERYTHING in the fridge. They admitted to knowing there is a ant problem and stating there would be a exterminator coming after we leave. The bunks are very uncomfortable (even for little children) , we ended up purchasing a inflatable bed instead. The downstairs neighbor came up because our two yr old was walking/running loudly and being loud. They were very nice about it but it did make us feel super uncomfortable the rest of the trip, if you have young children this might not be the best place for you. I had to also buy a swifter to clean the floors because all of our socks and feet were so dirty (black) from the floor, BUT I find this is common in most condos, I don’t thinks most cleaning service washes floors in between guest.

Great family place

We were overall very happy with our stay. Tons of space for our family of 6! Had everything we needed. It did get a little warm in the guest room without a fan in the night. That would be my only thing I would change if I could. Everything else was perfect.

Great condo for our family of 5

We had a great vacation and the condo was perfect for our needs. The only ..i wish…was that there was more towels and washcloths in the condo. So we will try to bring our own next time. As far as the amenities of the resort, we were unhappy with the pool being closed. The indoor pool was too warm and for the outdoor pool not to be open was a bummer. The kids also got the lights turned off on them while on the basketball court with no warning and they were not happy about that. I’m not sure if hours are Listed for the use of the court so it could be over site on our part. Condo was great, clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying there again!!

Not for old people

condo was nice and comfortable. Stairs were dangerous. Not for any one older really just too steep. Rain on them made them risky.

Clean and quaint

My family and I stayed for a Thursday-Sunday stay to celebrate our daughters birthday. Upon initial arrival we had to supply the unit section and number at the front gate of the community, which we did not receive and we got turned away. A simple phone call fix that issue to gather the needed information. The place that we stayed in was clean and had plenty of space for three adults and three children. We would be willing to rent again!

Quiet break from the strip

The condo was very clean and quiet. Being away from the strip in the evenings was nice, no noise and can relax with the family. Everything was in order, checkin was very smooth and easy. Convenient parking was provided.

Great Getaway!

Everything was what we needed for the first vacation in over a year! The room, facility, amenities, employees, and even guests were very friendly and accomodating. The golf course, pool, and bar/restaurant were all within walking distance and fantastic! We will definitely come back!
