Beautiful Rocky mountain views on a quiet and lovely Northwest location.
Enjoy the view of the sunset from our balcony, where you can sit and read a book, or enjoy a me time. The LRT train station is only 5 min walking distance. Bus station in the corner. Calgary downtown is 20 minutes and the University of Calgary is 15 minutes by train.

The space:
Beautifully decorated, 1 bedroom townhouse with a full, private bathroom with shower-tub combination and vanity. Very comfortable queen bed and privacy.
All kitchen utensils, tea and snacks are included. Free WIFI internet and a beautiful large balcony area to sit and enjoy the sunset.
An extra bedroom with a bunked may also be available (but please msg me in advance about it)

Guest access:
Guests have access to 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full, private bathroom with shower-tub combination and vanity. The main area with the a large TV and the dinner table. Also full access to the kitchen, utensils, fridge and stove. As well as laundry machine and dryer.
This is a shared accommodation and I'll give you total privacy, so please msg me if you need anything. I have a friend that lives nearby that can help in case I am not in town and you need assistance.

Other things to note:
The bed provided is a queen size bed, located in the master bedroom.

I provide a free parking on my driveway, or you can park anywhere on the street for free and will eliminate the need to move your car if the driveway is not available.

With southwest facing windows, Cozy Private bedroom maintains fairly warm temperatures during the summer months. I often keep the windows and patio door open and provide a fan for your comfort.
