The Hamptons property, classified as one of the best residences in Sint Marteen, is located in Terres Basses . It has been recently renovated and decorated with refinement. It is composed of one villa and one cottage, which can be rented together or separately.

The Cottage Hamptons is composed of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), and 1 bathroom.
Each villa is independent, they have separate entrance doors and their own swimming pool. This ensures optimum privacy.

The Hamptons Cottage offers a enjoy outdoors, the dining table and the living room overlooking the private pool and its deck chairs. Two bedrooms have a king size bed, direct access to the terrace, air conditioning and satellite TV. The little extra of this cottage is a 3rd extra bedroom which will allow you a capacity of 5 beds, this one is also equipped with air conditioning.

In addition to its beautiful setting, the property is located only 10 minutes from the capital Marigot, where you will find restaurants, shopping and local markets. Even closer, in Porto Cupecoy, 6 minutes separate you from a grocery store, a square with many choices of restaurants, concerts, open-air cinema...
Near the property there is also the Maho district within 10 minutes, it offers many bars and restaurants, casinos.
The closest beach is also the most beautiful on the island. It is located 5 minutes walk from the villa, you will generally be alone there because those who have access to it are residents of the Terres Basses.
Let yourself be seduced by the tropical atmosphere and the white sandy beaches of the island of Sin Marteen!

Private oasis

My husband and I spent five amazing/magical/relaxing nights at this amazing villa. Private enough to feel secluded from reality, but a short drive to everything the island has to offer. Gwen was super friendly and super helpful: all questions and requests were answered promptly and professionally. My husband and I look forward to hopefully staying here again as this was the first vacation in a long time where we both felt “truly and utterly” relaxed and refreshed.

Absolutely Amazing Property! Loved it!!

We had a FABULOUS stay at the Hamptons Cottage with my husband and our two teenage girls. The property is perfectly private and looks exactly like the pictures! Leo the property manager is absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful! The Terres Basses area is a gated community, and the property is also gated. You feel safe and completely private. Walking distance to the beach, but many others to explore nearby. We will definitely be back to stay! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful villa with pool

We loved staying at this beautifully renovated house in the secluded neighborhood of Les Terres Basses for a long weekend. The community itself is gated filled with other similarly gorgeous homes all with their own remote controlled gates. The interiors are well appointed with tasteful updated furnishings. Our favorite aspects of the house were the amazing pool and deck area and the updated kitchen that was perfect for cooking meals. The location is a little out of the way of all the major tourist destinations (which we liked) but I would definitely recommend renting a car for picking up groceries, going to beaches etc. Gwen who hosted us was fantastic - did a great job of showing us the space and even gave us some local rum and snacks upon check in. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming with a group of 2-5ppl - it's our favorite rental we've ever stayed in!

Hampton’s beach house à St-Martin

Une coquette petite maison à 10 minutes à pied de la plage Plum Bay, accès sécurisé et très calme. Il faut absolument louer une voiture pour profiter pleinement de tous les attraits de St-Martin (plages et restos).

Just as good the second time

We stayed here two years ago and the property is as lovely as ever (if not even better due to the growing landscaping and vegetation around the pool. It’s perfect for a small group or a couple if you’re looking to spread out. The pool is perfect, wonderful outdoor space, nicely sized rooms/kitchen and tastefully decorated. We can’t wait to come back!

Better than expected!

We were so excited to find this property on-line and greatly anticipated our visit. When we arrived, we found that everything was exactly as pictured and better. A guardrail has been added around the pool and the foliage has grown taller and thicker to provide more privacy from the road and the neighboring properties We will definitely be planning to return.

Caribbean holiday

The property is in the very safe area of Terres Basses in a private community. It's also located a 5 minute walk to the private beach, which is just lovely. The villa is a great size for two people and a good size for 4 people if you have a small group. The pool is absolutely wonderful and a great amenity to the property. We spent a lot of time in the evenings swimming in the pool. The property management was VERY responsive and helpful. He gave us information on where we could get our covid tests to return and they let us know when to expect maid service. We would recommend the villa to anyone in search of a private location on the island of St. Martin.

Hidden Gem

This is our second year staying at this property, and it is just the absolute best. The house manager is super friendly and always available when help is needed. It’s a private and secure location perfect for a couple looking for a chance to unwind and reconnect. Highly recommend.

Great Hideaway!

We just spent 10 days at the cottage and loved it! The cottage itself is private, serene, and well cared for. Terres Basses is our preferred residential area on the island and we were very happy to stay there again, reacquaint ourselves with some of our old favourites (pre Irma) on the island, and get to know some new gems! Gwen and John are kind, informative, and very quick to respond to any questions. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful cottage getaway

This is a wonderful renovated cottage getaway. Gwen and John were extremely helpful with all of our needs. The only thing that was an issue were neighborhood dogs barking after 5pm. Other than that, everything was top notch!

Perfect Size & Best Location!

This cottage was perfect for our family group of four adults. We love to cook and the kitchen and BBQ was perfect for our one week stay. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but surprisingly the four of us were able to use it altogether very easily; it had the perfect lay-out! Similarly, the one bathroom worked well for us as the lavatory is in a separate room from the luxurious shower and double vanity. This made sharing one bathroom with three other people very convenient. We loved eating our meals outside by the private pool and beautiful Plum Bay Beach is only a short walk or drive away. We will be back for sure!

Quiet cottage, Perfect wedding anniversary!

We stayed at Hamptons Cottage for six nights and enjoyed it immensely. The cottage is spacious, clean and very well equiped. The kitchen has everything you need even a Nespresso machine. The swimming pool is enough big and very private. My husband and I enjoyed every moment in this place and it was very romantic for our anniversary. The concierge, Gwen, helped us to make this vacation unforgettable. We will come back soon!

Hosts and cottage beyond expectations

Stayed here for three days, just wish it could have been longer. The cottage has a large terrace with a private swimming pool. The cottage is immaculate, two bedrooms and a half with air conditioning and a bathroom comparable to any top five star hotel. Very well equipped kitchen and all kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. John, the manager, was friendliness and efficiency personified. Told us all the things to look for on the island and even arranged a hire car for us within 20 minutes of our asking (Claude car rental- very good). If you are thinking of Sint Maarten, Terres Basses is great and if there do not miss cottage Hamptons.

Such a lovely cottage, privacy and peace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is as charming as depicted in the photos. The cottage was romantic and spotless. Gwen was helpful and left brochures of local spots to see and explore. Getting to and from Juliana airport was easy. We loved some of the little towns nearby especially Marigot - local market every morning. If you play golf, there is Mullet bay close by. Hamptons was amazing and we hope to return someday. Our trip was perfect.

Fabulous stay

This 2 bedrooms Cottage is amazing. Inside and Outside furnitures are modern and cosy. The mattresses are fabulous and sofas in living room too. The pool has the right size. The style of this villa is great.

Quiet and lovely place

Just stayed with my wife and our two kids in this delicious Villa. Neighborhood is quiet, pool was great, functional kitchen helped us having great time on the long outdoor dining table. Furnitures and good quality. We will come back!
