Villa Pure • Waterfront property with water access, swimming pool, AC & kayaks

Villa Pure lives up to its name: located in the calm and quiet Bay of Cul de Sac, this stunning and brand new property was designed with great taste, for its guests to enjoy a peaceful stay.

- The Villa -
Villa Pure features 3 bedrooms: a Master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms which share a bathroom, and can both be set up either with a king size bed or two twin size beds.

Additionally, one of these bedrooms have a mezzanine with an extra twin size bed.
We provide kayaks, all linens, towels and beach towels, air-conditioning in all rooms and living room, a washing machine / dryer, wifi, and a mid-stay cleaning for stays of 6 nights and more.

- The Bay -
Our stunning marine park is a wonderful area for holidays. From your villa, jump on the kayaks and discover two islands, one of which has restaurants and beach chairs (the famous Pinel Island), a large sand bank, snorkeling spots, and so many species of animals: Pelicans, rays, turtles, and a wide variety of birds.

- The Area -
The Villa is located on the north coast of French Saint-Martin, where you will find stunning beaches, many restaurants to choose from (beach bars and night restaurants), a large supermarket, souvenir shops, french bakery, wine and gourmet stores, local fishery, and many activities to choose from, all at a couple minutes drive: boating tours, bareboat rental, parasailing, jet-skis, horse back riding, touristic tours, water sports, rhum tasting, and so much more!

- The Managers -
The property managers Nina and Kevin are former Superyacht Captain and Chief Stewardess, and are taking great care of the property and its guests, offering a high level of service and fully dedicated to your wellbeing during your holiday.

- Services available -
Massages, private chef, snorkeling gear rental and tours, restaurants and activities bookings, grocery deliveries.

If your dates are not available, we recommend to still send us a message as we have another villa that looks exactly the same!
If you travel with a bigger group, note that our 2 villas have a fence separating them, which can be taken away, for bigger families to enjoy the holiday together.

Our hosts, Melissa & Kevin were welcoming and very responsive. Property is beautiful with close location to Pinel Island beach, our favorite. Great outdoor areas at property with both shade and sun. Highly recommend!

Villa Pure was such a wonderful home to stay in while enjoying the beautiful & friendly island of Saint-Martin! The view was spectacular. We saw sailboats, kite surfing, & loved to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The location was perfect. We loved taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island, & we were so close the Hope Estates (We loved shopping at One Love!) & a short drive to Grand Case, where the LoLos & other restaurants were so delicious! Villa Pure was so clean & beautifully decorated. Nina, Melissa, & Kevin were all so cordial & helpful! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We are only sad that our stay is over. Until next time!
