This three-story home features a lower level entertaining area with large sectional and flat screen tv, private bedroom and bath. On the main level, you will find the living room, kitchen and formal dining area with primary bedroom and bath. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and two full baths. This home features wifi, air conditioning, washer & dryer, fireplace, two car garage and large wrap around porch.

Perfect.This house was everything we hoped for. Quiet, wind whispering in the trees, just the right amount of wildlife, easy walk to town and perfectly appointed. The home has a unique family warmth to it. It's clear a lot of love has been put into the home and shared under its roof.

We loved our time and seeing all the beautiful beaches, taking great walks , and visiting the quaint shops..

Winter Break ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to spend time skiing and snowmobiling and playing in the snow! We brought our kids and grandkids up to Harborsprings and had the best time! The house was perfect for all 10 of us and we enjoyed getting to warm up by the fire while playing games and drinking hot chocolate! We plan to visit again next year!

Visited Harbor Falls and Petosky as well as made several day trips to nearby cities like Mackinaw City, St. Ignacio and Mackinac Isalnd. Highly recommend! Graham Management receives an A+ from us for service.

Harbor springs ski stay

Nice house, plenty of space. Could use some maintenance probably due to age of home. One bedroom upstairs and one in the basement basically didn’t have heat. Water heater was left in vacation mode, so a couple of cold showers the first night but we found the water heater and turned it on. Check in was a little awkward for us because there is no lockbox or keypad they just leave the house unlocked with the keys on the counter the day you are arriving. Overall nice place!

Needs attention

This is a nice house but needed a lot of maintenance. The paint was peeling on the patios. The dryer wasn't working. Most importantly, there was a mouse living in one of the bedrooms. We put a blanket in the corner, hoping the mouse would not end up in our bed during the night. This house is also a little hard to find and a long walk from town. It's fine for a bike ride but a rather long walk.
